Ms.Stacey, at the salon did my hair cut and brown color streaks today, and I simply love it. All I did was show her a picture of what I had in mind and the length I preferred, and that was all, she did it exactly the same. She is an excellent stylist and glad I got it done from her.

This is the first time I have been here and I have to say it was probably by far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I was a little hesitant going in there because I had my two teenage sons and what boy wants to look at makeup with their mom. Lol. I dont remember her name but the lady who greeted us at the door and answered all of my questions about eye shadow brush sets was absolutely amazing. I didnt feel judged, awkward or out of place even with my teenage kids. I was very impressed by the service and the cleanliness of the store as well. I was a little disappointed that the few eyeshadow pallettes I wanted were sold out but, that wasnt there fault. Also, I was surprised that they had a salon in there. We stopped and watched them and I was impressed by their professionalism. I will be going back again and I will be trying out the salon as well.

Today was my 1st visit (to the Topeka location) and it was probably on my top 10 list for customer service (keeping in mind I am normally very critical on customer service 😉). On our way to the checkout one of the awesome young lady (im so upset at myself i didnt catch her name) that work there caught us and informed us on a promotion with that certain brand we were buying. So we spent a few dollars more and left with a free flat iron and tote bag! Boom!Little things like this (and sharing the experience) make for better customer service stories and happier shoppersKeep it up Ulta!

Excellent 1st visit! My stylist changed salons and I followed. Ulta is a comfortable shop, offering tons of top brand products, the staff are down to earth and super friendly and helpful. Looking forward to future visits!

One of the best place to buy cologne.

Clean store and welcoming staff. It was organized well. My only complaint was I wish the staff could have offered more help with sifting through the huge amount of products.

Love this store! So happy Topeka has one now. I recently went to the salon for a haircut with Regan after my bangs were cut too short and thin somewhere else. She did a great job making them look thicker and longer and also showed me some tricks to styling them. Will definitely be back!

Got a chance to go into Ulta during their soft opening, and this is such a wonderful addition to Topeka! The staff was extremely sweet and helpful, and the store is so nice and clean. The perfect spot for all of your beauty needs. I was also so excited to see that they have services like the Ulta Skin Bar, Benefit Brow Bar, and their Salon! Incredibly excited to have another option for all things beauty!

I like shopping here. The environment is well lit, a ton of products, including salon services. Associates greet you and do their best to help you. I knocked off a star because trying to figure out the product price is not easy. That may be a marketing strategy to get you to ask for help, but Im sure Im not alone in feeling annoyed at not being able to help myself to basic purchasing information. Ill keep shopping here, however, and you should visit too.

I usually love Ulta Beauty, and from previously working at one. It is very sad to see how this one is operated. There is constantly no help on the floor. There is no beauty advisors let alone prestige beauty advisor to be found. I hope this can be turned around so everyone can experience the awesomeness of Ulta Beauty. With this Ulta being new hopefully it can turn around and come to its fullest potential that it can be.

Customer service needs work. The girls that work here are never very friendly and they’re catty. I’ve overheard them making fun of customers or acting condescending when they’re ask about a brand. The selection is not that great.

In and out, got what I wanted. Ladies was very nice.

Absolutely amazing! Despite being packed the store was clean and well put together. There were staff helping everyone and a greeter to show you your way. But let me tell you about two staff members Jamie (I believe) and Andi. I went because I actually used up my everyday palette and needed a new one. My heart was set on a specific Morphe palette which they were unfortunately out of but these two young women went to the back and dug through boxes trying to find it. Unfortunately no luck however when I became fixated on the Jeffree Star Morphe collab palette they went back not once not twice but three times to try and find it which they did! I have never had such AMAZING customer service! I cant wait to go back!
