No posted sign in shop or on receipt that they do not do refunds. Mask and snorkel purchased on September 14 & attempted refund on September 24. Lady store clerk who sold items did not inform of this policy before purchase. Also store clerk had me try on 4 masks before I purchased one. Exhaling inside mask then she returned each mask to box and returned them to the shelf dirty. Covid masks required to enter store. Must remove your covid mask to try on.Items still in packages un opened. Will never visit this establishment agsin
