Used these guys in September of 2021 to rebuild the spring system on a garage door. They told me when I could expect their service tech and he showed up right on time. He looked it over and explained my options. We settled on one and he got right to work. He was quick and explained why he was doing what he was doing along the way. Once the work was done he cleaned up what little mess hed made in the process. Start to finish it all took just under 2 hours and my garage door works better than it had in years. I highly recommend these guys...

Had them come out to quote a garage door install. Very polite and knowledgeable. Giving them 5 stars even though decided to go with a different company. To tear out and install a new double door was 1095 which I thought was a great deal but was going to be a week before they could get to it. But Marks garage door is able to do within next couple days and $300 cheaper. My neighbor suggested I give them a call. I still thought 1095 was a reasonable price and if they could have done sooner probably would have went with them and I believe would have had a good experience.**EDIT** Marks did an amazing job, called Monday new door on Thursday installed. I looked in to this company a little more. They brag about being Veteran owned but was going to charge this military family $300 more than the local guy. And also from what I can tell they are not a local company and recently expanded in to the area and their name is similar to another local company that has been established in the area. Even though we are new to the area we try to support local businesses in the area where we move and veteran businesses as well. But not going to pay nearly double to do so to support a vereran owned business.

First and foremost, I want to say I appreciated the fact that this was a Veteran owned business and I am usually willing to pay more considering that fact. The tech arrived at my home, the problem was an easy fix, It just needed a new spring, it had snapped in half. A common problem!The tech told me he could be in and out in 45 minutes and It would all be done for the price of $550 dollars. I was shocked at that price considering the other companys that I had spoken to were much cheaper and was not given a quote prior to arrival. I told him that I wouldnt be able to afford that d/t other unforeseen circumstances that same week and that I would have to get other bids from other companies before continuing. He quickly offered to get it lowered it to $399 with the permission of his supervisor. At this point I personally asked the tech why he didnt just quote me that in the beginning instead of using a bartering system, my question was avoided and was told well I am here now and I can have it done today for you. I felt pressured at this point because of the fact that I needed my door fixed so I went with it. My thoughts at this very moment were this...Why is the price range so different? Why is price gouging OK? A bartering system for garage door repairs? In my opinion that is a shady way of running your business and isnt right to the consumer that is trusting that you are getting the best deal for your hard earned money. You should be able to trust your local veteran own business right?On the other hand, the work was great, he was in and out of there very quickly and was very courteous the entire time, so overall experience was okay just frustrated with the circumstances behind it.

I was sent a reminder the day before my scheduled appointment. They Day of my appointment I was informed prior to arrival who the tech was going to be and the arrival time. Awesome service and staff, Vincent. Vincent even did a quick check of my garage doors as a courtesy.

Excellent service. Technician came within half an hour and the repair was done within two hours. It was kind of an emergency since the cars were in the garage and we couldn’t get the door open

We made twice made arrangements for an estimate to replace our garage doors and twice were stood up. Once, after arranging to be available from 10:00 to 12:00 on Saturday, we finally heard at 3:00 that the company would not show up. After again arranging for availability from 8:00 to 10:00 on a work day, we again had a no-show. That is no way to make a sale. And one will not be made to this household.

The technician, Vince, was professional and answered all questions patiently. I was very satisfied with the service he provided.

Overall experience has been less than desirable. Spent over $800 for a new garage door opener that hasnt worked properly since install. It has been a battle to make sure the sensors are working correctly. Now want $225 to come out to fix an issue that has been ongoing because they dont warranty workmanship after 30 days even if its the same problem you had during the first 30 days.

Vincent arrived on time, hes knowlegeable and friendly.
