Pros: Excellent service. Employees have a vast knowledge base. Parts you need but can only find from specialty wholesalers. No cheap cr@p tools or parts in sight. Completely willing to order the part you need. Would highly recommend to anybody in the Plumbing or HVAC field. Prices are excellent for the quality.Cons: prices not listed on shelf-tags; a minor inconvenience.

Ron went out of his way to help me get the parts I needed. He is a great guy.
