We got out house 5 yrs ago through them and their company in Indiana. We have had nothing but problems. I was hoping it was just small issues we would be able to fix but they have continued... The people who they had extend the foundation over cut on the floor and we are constantly (every month) dealing with water in the basement. The walls are cracking already and plumbing has leaked in both bathrooms and kitchen. I understand that the house is built someplace else and the concrete work is subcontracted, but this company is still responsible to answer for those who do that work. We are clearly out of warranty but these are issues you should not have with just a 5yr old house.

Purchased home with expectation of having finished product within a year. Two years later we are waiting on warranty work that the company clearly took ownership, stating we will take care of it when defect was reported. Its like pulling teeth to have the company perform the work you paid for. Siding gapped to much on the garage to the extent that clips were falling out. It took a year of asking for this to be reconciled before they returned to correct the issue. Looking at the unpainted siding repair (a week later), majority of gaps still exist and clips again starting to work thier way out. We still have a front door that is gapped at the top and concrete patch work that require attention. Nice folks, great potential in the homes, but failed to produce a quality product for the cost of the home.

I needed two mobile home doors and a screen door to replace doors that were in bad shape. A friend suggested Modern mobile home sales for what I needed. I went to their place of business thinking they would provide quality replacement doors. I was very disappointed with what they ordered for me. The doors are very poor quality and one of them I wouldnt even call a door. I tried to return the doors and was refused a refund. At no time was I informed that all sales were final, nor is it stated on the receipt I was given. I would not recommend buying doors from this company.

John is a wonderful man to buy a house from!!!!! Does a great job! And I love my house! He always calls you back and makes sure everything is always done correctly!

Have lived here 3 years.My trailer will be paid for in March.Quite content.Mostly great neighbors.Of course, you get idiots wherever you live!

Super friendly and helpful staff great group of people more than willing to answer any questions that you may come out and answer them honestly

The Commodore home we purchased overall is a good home. This dealer does not finish the home as he promises. Doors leak, dry wall not repaired from the move (cracking) and other issues. My wife and I went so far as to file a BBB complaint. There are other dealers for this home. Go else where.
