Every time I come here I receive rude customer service. It’s always an inconvenience for me to have to go an extra 20 miles into another city just to get the right service that this store is supposed to provide and advertises as such.

If you feel like waiting forever to not be helped. No sense of urgency or crappy customer service, this is the place for you. Estimated wait time, til they feel like moving on. 1 worker in between phones, other slow as molasses. Hate coming to this place.

No customer service what so ever! They gave me the wrong battery, wrong lighter adapter, and they didnt even try to help me with my light bulbs. One guy looked high like his eyes were about to pop out, refused to help smh worst place to go...never again!!! Dont waste your time!!!

Was only one teller long wait

Its a half-hour before closing and the manger accused me of trying to hustle them with my life time warrenty battery. When I tried to ask a question the manager interupted me with a smart remark and walked away from me.

More help then OReillys but not by much.

Crappiest customer service Ive ever received from a parts store. They sold me the wrong parts and refused to help me look for the right one. If youre in need of parts in toppenish I suggest oriellys.
