I have used ruggles auto repair in the past and they always took care of us. But now its under new ownership and boy have things changed. My son brought his truck to get the water pump fixed and we didnt get it back for 2 months. When we finally got it back it had been broken into and about $800 worth of tools were stolen. Ruggles auto repair refuses to help us out in any way to get reimbursed even though it was in there care for two months.

I have been taking my vehicle there for oil changes and recently was having a problem when my engine light came on. I called them and was able to get in quickly and they found out it was a sensor, they order the part and had it fixed in the same day. Satisfied with my service

I recently overheard my friend speak to the owner on the phone about the work that previously done on her car. The owner was very rude, and had attitude and tried to cut my friend off when she was trying to speak out about the issues with the work done on her vehicle. The owner was very unapologetic and rude. Don’t come here if you want work that is done completely wrong and rude service even from the owner. Horrible customer service . .
