A friend I work with took me here my first time, and Im hooked. Today I went alone, and got fresh tortillas from blue sky market, and barely made the cut before they sold out of carnitas. Its busy, and when you dig in youll see why. I topped mine with a spicy pico salsa, and it was the best carnitas Ive ever had. Whoever is responsible for that perfectly cooked pork is truly a Genius. You taste the quality of the meat, and the perfection in their process; not a ton of salt or seasonings, just pure perfect porky goodness! I Pray their business is blessed, and profitable for many generations. Ill be back often!*Edit- I called in an order today, and it was ready when I got there. I was given a sample; which worked out because I had hot tortillas waiting in the car! I tried the salsa today, and its perfect. Its a must get! We have eaten so well the last 2 days, thanks to Carnitas Supreme!

Dont be fooled by the low key facade of this building. This place knows great carnitas! Dont expect to get a meal. They serve carnitas by the pound and provide a side of salsa. Great idea to specialize and do one thing really well.
