I had a great shopping experience with the store in Topsham, ME… over the phone! I called from my home in PA because I needed a mattress quickly for my vacation home in ME before heading up there this week. The salesperson who helped me, Rin, went above and beyond. Though he was busy with a customer when I called initially, he took down my phone number and then called me back- after the store closed! He spent time with me over the phone (meaning he stayed at work, when most people would’ve just gone home and -maybe- call the next day) and got me a mattress the following day! I am very thankful and impressed with the level of service I received; it’s a shame this kind of customer service is such a rarity these days, so I’m glad to give this five-star review - Bravo!

Had a great experience yesterday with the Store Manager, Patrick. We had been recommended to Mattress Firm by friends and weren’t disappointed. We knew what we wanted and Patrick was very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the sale.

Rin and Ryan were amazing to work with and helped out a bunch. They even offered me some candy, and Rin being the gentleman he is offered to be my moms flower boy at her wedding. Highly recommend any and everybody to buy a mattress from these two guys!

The one man working was very helpful, but we spent a good 10 to 15 minutes waiting for him to finish with other customers. But they did have a great variety, with a good spread of prices. Plus it was a Monday, probably a fluke that it was as busy as it was.

Ryan, the sales man was very help and spent a lot of time with us. He gave us many options and choices and was professional in giving his opinion. He made the process of buying a mattress seamless.

Great customer service from beginning to end. Our salesperson reviewed a few bed options with me, asked what my husband and I wanted in a new bed, confirmed our budget and recommended one. He walked me through options including the base options, a mattress protector and delivery choices. When production experienced a delay (like every company during COVID) he reached out to let me know the new timing, but then followed up with a new bed option that would arrive sooner! Before delivery, our salesperson contacted me again to make sure the delivery window had been confirmed for us. The delivery gents did a great job removing the old bed and making sure the new bed was set up as I wanted. They answered questions, explained warranty information, wore masks and left the room as clean as they found it. Now that weve slept a few nights on the bed, I cant say enough good things! I am much smaller than my husband and a side sleeper, hes a stomach sleeper and we both feel comfortable. Most importantly, I dont feel every movement he makes! I have already mentioned to friends where we got our new bed and will happily make continued recommendations! Thank you!

For the past few weeks, my wife and I have been looking for a mattress for our guest room. Weve looked online and at a few local stores. The shipping for online retailers made it just as expensive as a show room store and the service at our local stores was horrid (The Furniture Superstore in Lisbon completely ignored us). We were just about to give up and just buy something off the internet, when we went to Mattress Firm on a whim. The second we stepped in the store, we knew things were different. The saleman, Patrick, immediately walked over to us, asked us what we were looking for, intended use and our price range. After weeks of looking, it amazed me how in minutes he had us trying out mattress and in under an hour we were able to order the perfect mattress for our needs. The service at the Topsham location is terrible. I say that because I was told a mattress set was going to be delivered by Sunday, 1/17, the date on which I need the product. Only 1 piece was delivered. I called the store 2x to discuss getting the second piece delivered. I did not receive a call back, so I went to the store. They told me I couldn’t get the second piece until 1/25. I asked them for a refund so I can purchase a set from another company. They said they couldn’t refund my money for 5-7 business days.

I was nervous this experience would feel like buying a used car but I was pleasantly surprised. Stephen helped me and was super professional and kind. The prices were reasonable and I’m really happy with the mattresses I purchased.

Great experience! I visited the store with the intent of doing my research on a good Queen mattress then rounding back to the store I decided on. During my first visit (with an excited 4 y/o in tow) I fell in love with an adjustable base (not really in my budget) and was quoted a really good price. Lisa was very patient as we checked the bouncy-factor of several mattresses. I left to continue my research, in the meantime, a relative gave me a new mattress they had in a spare room. I returned to the store excited to be able to order the base and was told the price was based on me buying a set. I figured that was it, I would be going home sad. Not so! Sam honored the price because thats was what she had quoted without me even asking (THAT is excellent customer service and the way to build a great reputation!). Corey Allen was extremely helpful, friendly, and respectful. I would recommend him to anyone. We purchased a mattress different from the one we were used to, tried it out, and ended up having to return it. We ended up buying a mattress from another retailer only because Mattress Firm does not carry the type of mattress we wanted. The process was smooth and easy. Even after he knew we were returning it, he did everything he could to make our lives easier, even communicating with the other mattress store about the mattress delivery and return.

Miranda was great on Sunday afternoon. She guaranteed me to stay even a few minutes after closing so I could pickup my new mattress. Very kind and thoughtful employee service.

I visited this store last year to buy a mattress set for my spare bedroom. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by a friendly hello. I did not feel as if I was pressured or followed around at all (like other places). I decided to ask a few questions and Corey was very helpful. He gave me a few choices all within my price range. Even though he was very busy that day he was attentive and personable. I called the store again recently and spoke to Corey to inquire about a foundation. Again I received excellent service. I am very happy with this location and service. I give them a 5 star rating!
