My iPhone was almost out of charge and several businesses referred me to GameStop to get the charging port serviced. I arrived desperate and Kim, who was very very helpful, took the time to patiently and carefully clean the charging port on my phone even though that is not a service their store typically provides. She was absolutely great! Thank you so much!

Very profession. Got a generic controller for my kid and couldnt figure it out. Took it back over a week later and they where helpful without minding my ignorance of not hooking up the usb connected to the controller to make it work. The associate had to open another new controller for us to realize my mistake.

Well kept store, with a large selection of games for all consoles that are currently on the market, and many retro and vintage consoles that are no longer on the market. All the usual game store suspects are present, t-shirts, novelty items and toys, and accessories for your favorite gaming console. Service was polite and prompt, would recommend.

What a great place! Matt and Kay were outstanding! They had answers to all my questions and showed me all kinds of items coming soon to the store. Kay was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I loved my visit!

This is my sons and my go to place for PS3 games. Super easy parking out front and the tram here is always helpful with questions about games, promotions & just general questions about whay to expect from the games. They are SUPER knowlegebable on virtually every game!Weve traded in games and gaming stations for reasonable money that we ended up using as credits for upgrades to newer systems as well as games.If your in the market for a video game or gaming systems this is definitely the place to check out.

Called looking for the pokemon plus and they unfortunately didnt have it, most stores dont. I wasnt sure if I wanted Go-tcha or even just at that moment,. However, he explained some of the features a little indepth and gave some examples in how the product was better which sold me. I have driving from tn and calling different game stops that might be on my route on the off chance I might get one. Just something to do and alex sold me on.

I like gamestop, not the first time ive had an issue here, but spent $145 there yesterday, got home and the discs had laser burn. They refunded my money on a card, but now I have to drive 45 minutes to get the games from the other Gamestop location. The real problem is the guy who sold me these things, knowing they were broken. Employee today said any worker should know to not sell those games. After this, i wont go back. Just bad business on the emoloyees part. Really annoying
