This pharmacy was excellent before Walgreens took over, Rite Aid always had my prescriptions I didn’t have a problem but since Walgreens took over nothing but issues and then being out of stock on my medication having insurance issues when it’s being built by the same doctor the same way it used to be billed. I will be switching pharmacies.... just kind of annoying because it’s further away from my home but it’s not worth the additional hassle and stress.

I have to wait over 3 days to get my EpiPen, I call, and twice drive to the drive through to been told its not ready yet.Horrible customer service.

I placed a curbside pickup order but needed to cancel it so on 12/14/20 I called the store. It took forever to get through, then they hung up on me. I called back. Was hung up on again. I called a third time and finally got to talk to a real person who informed me she didnt have time for phone calls!!When I asked to speak to a manger she said she WAS the manager. When I asked for her name she refused to give it to me. She then asked me for a third time what my name was, quickly said my order was cancelled AND HUNG UP ON ME!!!! They wont stay in business long with employees like her.

The staff are helpful and I love it that I can drop off my Fedex packages to ship. My husband drove to Bath before. Now he can go less than a mile to pickup essentials for his work travels like instant coffee and wipes.

The worst pharmacy staff in the state, went to pick up my wifes prescription do to low immune system. Waiting in line at the pick up window only to see two separate people doing a covid test at the widow and the employees not sanitizing anything, on top of not informing anyone they are testing at all,especially at the pickup Window where people go in order to be safer. I spoke with the manager and pharmacist about it and was treated like grabage for doing so. How these people have jobs is amazing, very rude and unsafe.

The epitome of inefficiency. Realize it is a busy time with many wanting flu shots. Scheduled online and arrived in advance of the appt. There was a person ahead of me who claimed to have an appt at the same time. Finally got to the person behind the counter who took required information and processed things through the computer, which took too long. During this process I had to use the touch pad and also hand over insurance card. The touch pad was being used by many people with no means to clean it in between users. Ugh - COVID. There should be a dedicated line for those with appointments and a dedicated person to administer the injections. Instead she was on the phone and using the computer. My husband waited 15 minutes for her to handle non-injection related actions. This was an aggravating situation and one we will no repeat in years to come.

The pharmacists and pharmacy techs at the drive-through have been nothing by courteous, professional, and efficient. I am very happy with the service they provide.

They never have the prescription ready. The last time it was called in it was supposed to be ready at 9:15AM. I went at 2 and it was still not done. Going out of town for 5 days. I guess they don’t think it is important to get it done when they’ve say they are going to. The excuse I got was they were busy. I’m not? Time to switch pharmacies.

Since it changed to walgreens it has gone downhill. Less stock, often out of stock, prescriptions take much longer and the automated phone service is awful. Im switching pharmacy.
