Love this store fabulous deli and the cleaning staff is first rate!!! This store is exceptionally clean.

I love Hannaford but was confused on the lack of inventory in the Tops ham store. I tried to buy Hannaford bleach and there has a couple of the small bottles, there has only couple cases of Hannaford seltzer (and only available flavor was lemon). I started a conversation with another customer who indicated that this store supply has a reputation of not having regular inventory. Why are feminine products not with pharmacy items like other stores? They are not even listed on the aisle markers. I had to ask a male attendant to discover in aisle 13.The Brunswick stores do not have this issue. Is the intention to close the Topsham store?

My first time ever in a Hannaford! We are from FL and don’t have them there. We were greeted as soon as soon as we entered. Everyone was following social distancing and were wearing masks. Saw that they had root beer in a glass bottle and had to try it!! OMG! It’s awesome! Girl at the register was very kind and friendly and was quick with a compliment. Older gentleman bagging our groceries was funny and super nice as well! An awesome experience! Way to go Hannaford!

Purchased some D batteries and one had exploded in the package. Didnt realize it until we opened them at home and got covered in battery acid. Youd think that theyd have staff members check the batteries every so often to make sure they havent exploded and or are not corroded in the package. They gave me my money back without any issues though.

Great location.Dropped a star as the fruit and vegetable section is far off compared to the diversity of the familirs in the area.

Best fresh made sushi you can buy at a store. Great selection of fruits and vegetables that me and the family enjoy. Great options for big meal, quick meals. If you look lost people are willing to point you in the direction of what you need. Great place.

Does not even deserve one star. My husband tried to get money back at a selfcheck out. Says no cash back. No biggie they cancel the order. But it took the money anyways even though it said no cash back.We needed that money for a reason. But they refused to compensate. And the manager was extremely unprofessional and should never have been one to begin with.So here we are with 90 cents in our account but no cash. Terrible service. Terrible people.CARL ANDERSON THE MANAGER LAUGHED AT MY HUSBAND AND REFUSED TO ACCEPT A CALL FROM CORPORATE BECAUSE HE DIDNT BELIEVE MY HUSBAND.Then oh no the receipt is magically missing. Even though it was what 10min or so earlier. And CARL ANDERSON refused to look it up because it was too much work

Had an appointment for a COVID booster. I arrived early. Had to wait for 25 minutes after my scheduled time. And there were not people ahead of me.

Well, I have shopped at three stores, Yarmouth, Topsham and Gardiner all of which are in Maine . All were good, though different experiences. Where the Yarmouth location has a fabulous wine, beer and liquor selection, it paled against Topsham in everything else. Topsham is the reverse of Yarmouth and Gardiner is akin to an old time A&P from my youth, only MUCH cleaner. All had friendly and helpful staff and wonder of wonders ... cheerful and efficient checkout personnel. That last can be tough to find and Ive always wondered why. After all, its the customers last and most remembered experience. We all have establishments we simply pass by to do business a bit further on because of less than stellar experiences at the counter. Try out Hannafords ... youll be back.

I went in to get a flu shot and the lady at the pharmacy kept telling me it would be 45 minutes and seemed as though she didnt want to schedule me so I gave up and left.

Hannaford Supermarket is an all around shopping experience, good selection of groceries, fresh-picked produce, also tasty baked goods made on site...helpful staff. I especially like their fig squares...ample parking. I hope they someday might add a coffee shop, they already got the baked goods...one sometimes needs a break while shopping...or waiting for ones other half.

Its Hannaford it is what it is, what you bought yesterday may never be there again and it could be a simple thing such as your favorite water. They just cant seem to keep propel on the Shelf and as for cereal dont expect 2 find your favorite kind every week!

We shop regularly at Hannaford for good products at a good price. I needed some ice and a couple other things, and the nice lady gave me the advice on how to get in and out quickly. Since I am recovering from hip surgery I appreciated her help to limit my steps in the big store. I snagged a packaged single donut, a great idea I had not seen before (probably a response to the pandemic but it makes sense).

This Topsham store is open, brightly lighted and well stocked with lots of variety. MUCH NICER than the Brinswick store.

Good selection, decent prices. I like this Topsham store better than the one in Brunswick, less crowded and seems neater.

Local grocery store with good selection of foods. Hannaford to go is a great program and we use it weekly.

I love Hannafords! I grew up going to Shaws as a child but now I go to Hannaford wherever there is one available to go to. They have whatever I need to feed my little big ones lol.

Ordered a party platter the day before online. Get at time of pickup . Not ready. Apparently online deli orders go to Hannaford togo and dont get relayed back to deli. Apparently its better to call in.

Most Hannafords are great, but Ive been to this one several times and the staff is always very negative. Their customer service game is weak and they always seem like they have something better to do.The ones in Augusta are MUCH friendlier.

Love Hannaford but this new way of cashing out needs to go i hatecthat line blocked off by all the bins of stuff like I had to run and go grab something I had to walk all the way around that mess to grab a jar of tomato sauce now I know covid is being controlled with these shots so dont you think its time to get rid of that mess other than this coming I have no further ones

This is a nice store to shop at. It has a lot of variety in there options. The employees are more than willing to help and are very nice.

Over priced on items and some things had no price on the product

For the most part its great, my only problem is their pre-made wraps, are quite expensive for what they are.

One of the hot spots in the Topsham Fair Mall easy in and easy out and great choices in the store. Also great customer service, and friendly employees.

Until you start enforcing the mask 😷 order I will shop somewhere else. It’s a safety issue, there’s a pandemic. Enough is enough. Put your customers in masks. Signs on the door aren’t enough unless you’re a liability lawyer. Our community expects better.

Im so grateful to know where everything is in the store, especially after a long day with the littles! It makes running in and out for just a few specific things super easy, and I dont have to worry about everyone having to join me in the store, because they wont have to wait for too long. I also enjoy purchasing a secret muffin or two on occasion to eat in the pantry when I lock myself in there for a quick moment of quiet. And Polar Jr. Seltzers. Those things are the sh*t.

Called in 2 hours in advance for steamed lobster pick up. Arrived at scheduled time only to see my order given to someone else. No apologies, casually told order was mixed up & would take an extra 20 minutes to cook. Whats the point of calling ahead???

Im 50-50 with this location. In some department I get terrible customer service, the deli for example. But many others are outstanding, meat, bakery, grocery and customer service front end always go above and beyond to help me.

All of MB stores have great variety and reasonably priced.

The deli staff is the worst - go back to the ticket system, it works.

Hannaford has been my go-to grocery store in Maine as long as I can remember. They always seem to have not only the best prices but the best quality meat produce and dairy. What to do with the ability to get cash back you really are able to save some money by shopping based on their weekly sales and deals, by using the app youre able to clip coupons as well, and many of which are for free items to help get people trying them. for the most part most of the stores offer the same thing but I have noticed that different stores do tend to offer some different products based on their location. Ive never had a hassle having to return anything there either.

Hannaford has so over Shaws. Nicer employees. Better prices on what I use the most. Topsham is my favorite, but Brunswick and Gardiner are great too.

I shop here for most of my groceries. I enjoy my hannaford rewards, it is the easiest way to keep track of coupons.

Got some Hannafords fried chicken good stuff. When you dont feel like or dont have time to cook a meal for the family. They have many take home hot options. Cant beat the convenience and the quality.Employees always helpful.

A Maine favorite

I dont usually shop here, but I went with my mother-in-law to help her with some larger items. The store itself was set up really nice. The aisles were wide and clear of stuff. We were easily able to find all the items we went in for. The best part of our visit was at the check out. The cashier and bagger saw that my mother-in-law was on the older side, and insisted on helping us get our bags out to the car! Being in my 30s I had never experienced kindness like that toward elders! It was truly a touching and appreciated gesture! This Hannaford definitely goes above and beyond! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stopped @ the pharmacy. It was real quick, the pharmacist was nice and had both scrips ready. Copay was $2. And change.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. It was my first time in the store. Bathroom was clean, and the shelves were well stocked. Lines werent long. It was nice to see the store manager step in and bag groceries to help keep the lines down.

Only giving this two stars because of the produce and bakery departments. The rest of the store is fine but twice now weve had to bring back our produce because it went bad after 1-2 days. Theyre always good about accommodating but we shouldnt have to bring back produce we JUST bought. The bakery has a great selection, our problem is with the staff. I asked for a cake to be made which i needed for a cookout and the assistant manager told me no, said she was too busy.. then my husband and I came another day and asked for our bread to be sliced, only to have it handed back to us completely crushed in the bag. How hard is it to slice bread?? These two departments are really lacking

Busy but shoppable aisles..not too many extra things that sell products in the aisles..all in all a great trip for groceries!

Had the best bagger in a long time. Very conscientious of how he was bagging the items especially the cold food items. The bags were not too heavy either. Did not mix nonfood items with food items. Heavy items were placed in bottom of bag as they should be.

Label.store better. Perhaps have dedicated isles... and stock things that are out faster.

Always clean and great staff, for the most part. Only ever had mild complaints, for the most part. The wing bar seems to favor boneless Wings over bone-in wings, which are actual dark meat and taste better, and they dont seem to like to make plain savory and buffalo wings, which are my two favourites. Also, gotta pay attention to whos manning the the station at the meat section. Some of them dont know how to properly package meat and fold it up when they pack it, which ruins any steak or pork. Also, there never seems to be enough cashiers, for some reason, but plenty of shelf stockers. Finally, they always seem to be out of Ginger Ale. Whats up with that?

Didnt like that they had checkout lines open next to each other so you couldnt maintain a 6 ft from the other cashier.

The store has been recently renovated and it is very neat and clean. The produce section is large and has a great selection of items.

Unfortunately, Im very disappointed. Ive been a customer at this store for 23 years loyally. The last 4 weeks theyre not prepared for our current state of emergency. Im sad to say Ill be taking all my future business elsewhere.

Hannafords has always been a special place to shop. They are so helpful! The product is always fresh do to their rotation each day. Very good choices to be found here. Will shop again!

I love Hannaford in Topsham its right off of 295 a d always clean. Only thing that upsets me is they dont sell picking Cucumbers singular. They sell them in pack of 4.

Good place to get your food and other supplies

They always had the best produce around, but since the remodel, the produce quality has dropped significantly. It’s been a struggle trying to find decent vegetables and fruit at the store, and the decent ones are rotten in a of couple days. Considering the price doesn’t reflect the poor quality, it’s a little disappointing.

So it looks like the toilet paper hording is over but now there seems to be a shortage of paper towles. What the heck is going on.

This location seems to be small for the area. Always busy. Be creative with your timing.

Its your average grocery store. The bakery and deli are very good. The fresh produce are OK. Always a good variety. The butcher department could use improvement. They trim their meats too much. Especially their pork chops. They seem to haphazardly weigh out their ground meat to odd measurements. If you are looking for a pound of ground beef, for example youll have to settle 1.34 lbs or 0.85 lbs. So you are either over or under what you want.

I try not to go here unless I absolutely have to. With the remodel comes higher prices on already rather high prices compared to the competition. On top of this watch your receipts for the taxes. I noticed recently on a receipt from a month ago the taxes dont make sense what so ever. I bought a 4.99 bakery item. Tax should have been 39-40 cents, I was charged 84 cents. May not seem like a lot to you, but as someone who budgets every cent thats 44-45 cents too big of a difference.
