It just seemed a lot smaller than I remembered. Theyre flower selection was low, nut it is close to Thanksgiving and Christmas but the staff was kind and helpful

UPS Drop-off is located on Cash Register 1. They seem a little lost/confused, however. So expect a short wait for them to figure out how to accept the drop-off. Also they do not accept the return with just a barcode, although Amazon.com says you “do NOT need a label or any packaging material” when returning to UPS. Specifically, Amazon wrote: “Show the return code below on your mobile device”and then UPS will scan the QR code, pack, and ship “your return for FREE.”When I asked the UPS/Michaels dropoff employee, he said, “No you need to package it, otherwise how will we know where it goes?”So technically, when I returned unpackaged Amazon items to Kohls or UPS, they scan the barcode, put the item in a bag, print a stamp, then stick it on the bag. I expected that’s what Michaels would do, but they didn’t.When I showed him the barcode, he said, “No we cannot accept your item” and walked away.

I was looking for picture frames. While nothing like Aaron Brothers was a far as selection, they had everything I needed to do up custom matting and framing for a special art piece I had. Works for me! Better buy 2, just like the old AB art mart, because buying one just isnt worth it! Same deal, any 2 frames and the second one is a penny....

Great pretty much they have anything you would need except for tank tops

The store is always clean, and the workers are always helpful. Sometimes they have a long line but they make up for it in customer service. They also sell seasonal items.

Wasnt able to find what I specifically went there for. Dont get me wrong, I came back with some goodies but their inventory is not what it used to be. Not the biggest fan my self but have a teen boy & nice whom are artist and always will need something from here. See you soon 🙄

This is a big store with a lot of variety of products. Big framing section in the back. Self framing is much cheaper. They always have coupons out with discounts offering percentages off regular price items. Most everything else in the store goes on sale at one time or another. They also rotate in large seasonal sections for each holiday.Parking gets a little busy but there is plenty of it right in front.

Went to exchange some picture frames for the same company, same price but a different size, yet they wanted to charge me an additional $15. Makes no sense. Ill go down the street to another store now on.

Friendly staff, good selection.

This year has taken its toll on so many things and for me, Michaels was no exception. I was so excited and couldnt wait to go to the wonderland that took you away from the daily headlines of 2020. When we stepped in, I felt so sad, as this was another example of what this year has stripped away. It was as if there was no budget for the spectacular craft artists of the past or for those whose passion was hung on display for all to enjoy.When we walked into Michaels in the past, you were walking into a winter wonderland where every display was an inspiration. The true feeling of the holidays lite up and glistened with gorgeous wreaths, arrangements, center pieces and garland. It energizing home designers, artists and spurred the creative juices for all who entered.Sadly, like so may things, it lives among the normal shopping experience for a few select items you find on the shelf. It is as if the child who couldnt wait for Christmas, became the adult who viewed it as simply a necessity. It has become an ordinary experience for what was once a fantasy land.This is only my view and I have only been to this one Michaels, hopefully this not the experience any of you have shared. Happy Holidays to all and may it be as it once was, a beautiful fantasy land.

Very slow. It seemed like people did not want to help. There was one girl on the register for a while as the line continued to grow. I gave two stars because she was still very friendly and apologetic. She alone would get 5 stars

This is the busiest Michaels EVER! Shout out to Jonathan for always having positive vibes and outstanding customer service. You can tell the staff work really hard to be helpful and accommodating no matter how busy it is.

When I had gone it was around 5-6 o’clock so maybe it was just “rush hour” but the parking lot was super crowded so parking was not the best. But once a I was in the store everything was easy to find and the employees are definitely helpful if you need anything. But also due to the time I went there was a lot of people waiting in line just because they only had 2 cashiers working instead of the usual 8 or so. Other than crowdedness and being short staffed it’s just like every other art store in the pandemic.

Love this store. Just as good as Hobby Lobby. I dont care what anybody else says

The SALE! I live for the Michaels sale... 70 percent of canvases, man.... you cant beat that with a stick......plus they have a deal on paints usually at the same time..... and this is what I do what those products..

Dont like giving 3 star reviews. I have also always been a fan of Michaels. So..... what went wrong?? The phone was ringing constantly the entire time I was there and NOBODY was answering. At first I thought maybe they were working short staffed... but NO.... there were about 6 employees at the front just literally ignoring the phone. There was also nobody in the store to assist shoppers. They were all in the front it seemed. When we checked out, I asked if they had an item that I hadnt been able to find.The cashier replied I dont know if we have that item. You can look against the back wall. The store needs new management or something. It was extremely unorganized and whoever was calling never got through to the store the entire time I was there.

Everything was fine at Michaels we love that place is good for hobbies and they just need to have a restroom for the public for customers theres a lot of old people that go there and sometimes we need to use the bathroom we appreciate if you open up the restroom thank you hydrate first to post

Curbside pickup went smoothly. Grateful the items I needed were in stock.Didnt realize the Vista Plaza location was open to the public. I decided to go in & shop for additional items.Dismayed at the lack of monitoring by Michaels staff related to # of people allowed in store at one time. No one at the front entrance queuing shoppers.At one point there were at least 20 people in the checkout lane & very few were social distancing.

What an enjoyable experience and I had a return! We had a lot of fun with our checker! Thank you all!

Great deals and practices social distance, clean store. They were out of my blinging thing ( Im getting old ) but it will be in soon . I did find all else I was looking for.

Has most of your crafting needs

Its overpriced, but they do have good sales. It ks nice to look around. But if you need help its hard to find any employee. Thats the only major thing that suck. Overall its cool.

Glad to have seen many markdowns, shelves did need restocking but that means they had a good sales season during these hard covid-19 times.

Everyone there is always very helpful and knowledgable about where things are. I dont always find what I am looking for but I do find it most of the time. The store is big enough to have what you need, but not so big that you get lost trying to find things.

The clearance.. Theyre cool even though most of the stuff they put in the bag are useless and broken.. youll find something useful for you and its only $5 per bag. The place was also neat..

This is a standard Michaels, this craft store that my daughter loves. I think the coloring book section might be a little bit smaller than normal, but theres still a good selection. The store is clean and easy to get to.

Michaels was alright. Some items were limited in quantities, but they have loyalty discounts.

The Michaels at Del Amo is MUCH bigger, I would go there first for a better variety. This one is just to pick something up quickly.

I bought lots of art supplies as Christmas gifts. The lines were long but the cashiers were so fast that I barely recall waiting at all. Love the low prices.

I went to drop off a package for UPS pick up. I had to ask if they actually did this, theres no sign or anything to let people know.

This is a huge store. Way more selections on planner supplies for happy planner babes out there. The only thing is it wasnt organized, so I had to sift through everything. Big selection of washi tape also. The people on the floor were very helpful.

Busy place in a busy shopping center. Right before Christmas they put everything on sale. Mostly I love their large steady strong plastic bags, can reuse it many times. I am very creative so I usually stock up on everything in December.

Always find what I need. They now have a Kool rewards program.

I have begun to prefer Joannes over Michaels. First because its much better priced than Michaels & you can get almost all the same stuff. Second the people who work at Joannes r much more helpful plus they are even very nice, without making u feel ignorant.

Their coupons are deceiving...you get to the register after spending 1 hour shopping for stuff, then they tell you this is not part of the coupon, this is not, this is not. They should have signed by the items on sale saying no coupons can be applied with this item. It happened before. I prefer to buy things on Amazon and no aggravation.

This place is my toy store i can stay here for hours.

Not many handicapped parking spaces near the store. Also should have items within reach. Not at the very top level and stacked one atop the other. On a positive note, they began opening more registers when seeing it was getting busy.

Had everything I needed. Tad low on staff but none the less they are there to help and they are friendly!!

I love this store it has way more in it than one would expect. What encouraged me is when I found boxes Nag Champa Incense for sale at a very reasonable price. I was also able to pick up a special Zen like Aroma Therapy kit as a part of my gift to my wife for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. Be sure to take a little extra cash for that unexpected thing you won’t want to leave behind.

I feel like the selection could be better. They definitely need an aisle or something for different types of paper. Orders could be placed quicker so that some aisles dont remain empty for too long. I hardly see employees walking around the store to help customers. Seems like they need to be seeked out. The holiday deals are great, though.
