After 100+ views of the photo I thought I would update. Manager returned my call. Manager says Fernando never showed me the sensors for the tires and Manager says Fernando never said I asked for sensors fixed. Truth is Fernando is not acting with integrity. Fernando is afraid to tell her manager that he (Fernando) showed me sensors in his office, and that I had asked for sensors, and all these lights to be fixed. Today manager says sensors cost $1000. This will go in front of a judge in small claims and we will see if Fernando will lie to the judge. If Fernando would do the right thing and just tell his boss he made a mistake this wouldnt be happening. Stay tuned.Bad Bad Bad. I had all the warning lights on in car. I asked for all things with warning lights to be repaired. Sales person at his desk SHOWED me tire sensors to be replaced, told me all would be done. I agreed. Then called two days later said all would be fixed for $900. I agreed and paid upon my arrival. I jumped in car and then they told me they didnt include sensors and want more money AFTER I paid. Nothing I can do cause Im stranded. Now they want more money to fix what I asked to fix. :(. Wont go there again. Fernando in was dishonest and wont admit to his boss that he made mistake.

I had the pleasure of working with David Mata David was very attentive to my request and followed through with calling me back with more information and sent me photos of the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership David welcomed my wife and I. During the test drive, David showed us the features and was very detailed. My only complaint is there’s too much technology for a senior person, and I don’t use any of it. I’ve been going to this dealership for many years, they have now moved to Crenshaw Boulevard to a much larger location in Torrance. Sachi is my salesperson.

Recently purchased a Certified 2020 Lexus GX460 at South Bay Lexus. Great overall experience. Amanda, our internet sales manager, was very attentive and responsive during our inquiry of the vehicle online. Upon arrival at the dealership, the vehicle was ready for us to test drive. There were no sales pressure tactics or hassles. When purchasing certified vehicles at South Bay Lexus, the pricing is a fixed sales price, competitive with the local market. We were given ample time to test drive the vehicle before making the final decision to purchase the car. The finance department was also very professional and courteous. The process was smooth and quick as most of the paperwork had been completed online. The dealership is new and spacious. There was ample room to remain socially distanced from other customers (during the COVID19 pandemic precautions). I would highly recommend this Lexus dealership. Of note, I have had a previous experience with Lexus of Glendale 1 year ago. However, the experience at that dealership was less than stellar. They were willing to forego a sale to a customer because they were not willing to accommodate a customer to return at a later time to pick up the vehicle. In summary, if you are in the market for a new or certified Lexus I would highly recommend South Bay Lexus and avoid Lexus of Glendale.

Timothy provided both me and my wife with an excellent experience. My wife and I have struggled finding a used car and had dealt with bad service from multiple dealerships. Although the vehicle had just barely been serviced and inspected by the dealer and was not on the lot yet, Timothy worked with us to ensure we had a chance to see it. We had great interest in the vehicle. Because we drove over an hour to get to the dealership and didn’t want to have to drive back, he worked with us to be able to purchase the vehicle that same night. Had a great experience with Sal and Brian in sales. Very helpful without sales pressure, selected the perfect car that was detailed to my Lexus expectations. The only negative is that I was told to wait half an hour for the finance manager but it was over an hour. We closed the deal after they closed for the evening and I felt rushed to sign all the paperwork. I was tired because I waited so long. With that said there were no surprises which can happen when closing a deal. I highly recommend this dealership.

I had been to my local Lexus Dealership and all the sales person did was hand me their business card when I was on-site and told me to just give them a call if I was interested in buying a car off their lot! As a customer, my car goals are pretty much to purchase a car and drive it for the next decade + so maybe Im out of the car-purchasing game and thats how transactions are done now: informal and not personable but I literally could have purchased my car off Carvana if that was the case.Anyway, I ended up driving 100 miles in the middle of the day through LA traffic which doubled the traveling time but it was so worth it in the end. Ramon was such a gentleman; he checked up on me when I was late for our appointment because I was stuck in traffic on the way to Torrance and he took all the time to answer the questions I had about owning/transitioning to a hybrid car since I was looking for an upgrade from my older car, and all these silly questions I had about about the buttons and functions in the car. I appreciated that he educated me about the car rather than talking to me as a salesperson and selling the car to me. I never felt pressured to buy, or as if I was wasting his time if I didnt purchase the car and he really took care of me. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Ramon was exceptional during the whole process from start to finish, and so sweet, and I wish I was a financing-kind of person so I could work with him more often for my car purchasing needs.

If you want to be considered a serious customer buy a new Lexus . I bought a beautiful used Cadillac with a small dent by the door handle, I was told “ we can fix that”. I made an appointment left the car with them for two days. On the second morning I requested a status update and was told the paint-less dent remover was working on it and it would be ready soon. About 4:00 I got the call and went to pick up the car . It looked like someone had just put touch up paint on the dent .After two days, that’s what they rolled out in front of me . It was disappointing and offensive that they assumed I was so simple I wouldn’t notice or say anything. Chang Chung was a decent fellow and the only reason I kicked in an extra Star .
