I always go see Fernando anytime I need to get my car serviced. He’s always so professional and has amazing customer service. He’s my point of contact every time. Not just that, I was supposed to return my loaner on Saturday and wasn’t able to. I called that afternoon to ask if it was okay to drop it off Sunday or Monday. They had no problem with me dropping it off Monday. Fernando wasn’t there but that didn’t matter because I was immediately taken care of by 2 other people. I got my car within 5 minutes of arriving. Just top notch service every time.

I went in the airbag recall and they are very pleasant. Brian assisted me in the service department. He was very personable and efficient while my car was at the dealership. He kept me up to date on the status. My car was serviced and ready the same day. My loaner car was amazing. I almost considered looking into a new car. The icing on the cake for me was filling up my gas tank to full. I left very satisfied and the free diagnostic was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this location for Sout Bay residents.

Gerardo was very helpful and attentive when I brought my Lexus in for its first service. I also mention to him that there were a few concerns that I had and he made sure he took care of everything. I also had a cracked license plate frame and he replaced it. I would strongly recommend anybody who is looking for great service go to Lexus. They have always provided the best customer care and have excellent follow-up!

I have been servicing my car at South Bay Lexus for 15 years. They are professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve had a few issues that freaked me out, wiring eaten by critters when my car had to be parked outside. Lexus technicians were thorough and luckily there wasn’t much damage. South Bay Lexus is honest with fair pricing. Lisette Figueroa is my service representative and attentive to staying in contact with me whenever my car is in for service. I brought my LEXUS RX305 SUV in for the 4 month or 4,000 mile check. Lexus vehicle check in procedure were quick and went smoothly. My advisor, Jessica was very professional. She took a few minutes before I left to answer a few question about my car. I decided to wait for my car to be serviced. The waiting area and restrooms were clean and very comfortable.

The service department is somewhat inefficient. I had an appointment for 9am. I arrived at 8:50am and was told I had to wait until 9am for the service advisor to come. Then after I was checked in I was told it would take up to 2.5 hours for the service. Why does it take 2.5 hours to turn off the maintenance light, top off fluids and rotate tires? They are not even changing the oil. Then when my car was finished the service guy said “you can wait over there and they will bring your car around”, I waited 10-15 more minutes just for them to bring the car. So in total it took me almost 3 hours.

Service was fast! I didn’t give a 5 star, only because when waiting for my car to be brought to me.. My car was driven to someone else and my keys were given to a random person who actually took my keys and proceeded to look inside my car. Until I quickly walked up and told the guy are you giving my car to someone else!?His only reply was, “ well she told me to back-up “ (so I guess he assumed it was her car) he then took the keys away from the lady he had originally gave them to and handed them to me, and walked away..He almost seemed more bothered that the lady told him to back-up, then that he gave my keys to a stranger!!! Never once did he apologize nor did he seem to care about his careless mistake.My only concern was.. what if I had stepped away!? Is anyone able to just receive keys and take another persons car?!

Having my car serviced is not something I’d say I look forward to doing, BUT the service I received was over the top! I didn’t have to wait at all. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I was in and out with my loaner car within 15 mins! Fernando was extremely accommodating and even offered to help me install my car seat in the loaner vehicle. I have a GS450H. My front seat was not moving forward or backwards. I also wanted a new 12 volt battery. They replaced the battery and found the seat worked once the new battery was installed. They could have been dishonest and charged a diagnostic fee for the seat, plus a repair fee but they were honest and charged only for the new battery.They also washed my car! One of the Lexus dealers on the westside of LA, says they don’t wash cars any longer! I will continue to take my Lexus to Torrance, even though i am closer to the westside. LEXUS TORRANCE Is TRUSTWORTHY! Thank you Henry and all of the mechanics that worked on my vehicle.

A loud shout out to my service consultant, Lisette Figueroa! She is the best!! They have the most comfortable and luxurious waiting area for the customers. Two fault codes were displayed on my dashboard I took the car in and Fernando took the wheel from there he did an amazing job keeping me updated through out the process offered me a different option to get me situated with a loaner vehicle which I didn’t need! the repair took less than 48hrs I’m amazed by his customer service and well as Southbay Lexus’s staff! Waited longer than expected but Lisette Figueroa had come over to the waiting lounge to inform me what they were doing and apologized for the delay. Brian in the service department is an angel. We did not have an appointment, and when my mothers car suddenly decided not to start after we had headed to the DMV😣, he was kind enough to give me advice over the phone, fit us in, and was extremely patient and kind. They provided home transportation for us as well, and when the Lyft driver decided to bail on us, he ran out and found another one in 1 minute! Seriously, the nicest guy ever! Car was fixed in 2-3 hours and we were very happy! Brian should get a raise.

I made an appointment to have my servicing done for my Lexus NX300 and was very pleased that the service agent Erik was available at the appointment time. He explained fully what would be done at this servicing and what servicing he recommended based on the amount of time since last servicing etc. My car was completed in less time than originally quoted. it was fully washed and cleaned and seem to run beautifully. I have been dealing with South Bay Lexus for many years -leasing my cars and having them serviced there and I’ve always been very pleased with their personnel and servicing. I recommend them highly.

Just picked up our Lexus after leaving it for some minor service and wheel repairs. Upon picking up my car, I walked around to check the wheels were repaired and noticed the wheels looked fantastic but I also discovered two scratches with one on the front bumper and one on the rear bumper which were not there before. I know both my cars in and out as I dust them off a couple times a week with a duster and also polish them in between car washes. Fortunately, part of the check in process is that they photograph each panel of your car and we were able to go through the photos and verified the scratches were not there when I checked in. Not faulting my advisor as he has always been great and he was off for the day at pick up but will wait to see how this situation is resolved as I left the car as it was closing time on Friday and they indicated they will get back to me on Monday. Hoping they will make things right and not just try to sweep things under the rug. Owned two Lexus cars and bought another one because they’re service and attention to customer service has always been top notch. I know this is a rare, one off type situation but hopefully they will make things right. Will update the review once everything gets resolved.Update to the reviewJust wanted to provide an update. They handled the situation as best they could by offering to fix the scratches or paint the bumper. Happy with the way they resolved the unfortunate situation.

Fernando always takes great care of my car. He is so polite & professional. The dealer is on time when they tell you it will be ready. They got a Lyft to pick me up & take me home. All of the employees are super nice & friendly. Shout Out to Gaby in reservations, she is awesome!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Service consultant Lisette provided excellent customer service, she is very professional, honest and straight forward.
