Absolutely need an appointment. Scheduled one to update my SYNC because my Bluetooth would not stay connected. I left my car there and it took roughly 5 hours to get a call for an update. Good service, just expect a lengthy wait.

I took my 3-month-old car in to fix some scratches on the hood expecting professional quality, but I was very disappointed with the results and the customer service. They repainted the hood the wrong color initially and left scratches in the clear coat across the entire hood. The final result was a hood with dark spots and clear coat scratches as well as new scratches to the mirror and bumper. After sending the car back to get the issues corrected they stated there was nothing more they could do despite the scratches still being visible. They also stated that the scratches were from the buffing process, but the reason to buff paint is to remove scratches. We had discussed having a third party fix the issues and they would cover the bill however, once I sent them the bill they stated that they would no longer pay to have the scratches they had made fixed and that there was nothing they could do. Overall I am very disappointed and angered that a business would conduct itself in such a manner. They guaranteed professional results but what I received was garbage that they are no longer willing to address. I am never taking my car back to this establishment and I recommend that neither do you.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, along with a transmission shifting concern a few days prior to today 11/12/2020. I pulled up to the service drive up and was greeted by Remy. My appointment was set for 9:30 am and car was dropped off at said time. I briefly spoke to Remy service advisor about car purchase, transmission shifting cassette sound and different technologies other automakers use. Said, I would receive a phone call around noontime since his transmission techs are two weeks behind. Noon time came and went and no miss call or VM. So I went about my day and around 2:00pm I got back to the dealership and asked a bunch of guys in an office what’s the update on my car since Remy was not in his office. I tell them I have yet to receive a phone call and 12pm noon came and went 2 hours ago. Suddenly Remy is being called on the intercom. A few moments later, Remy comes out to the showroom where I am patiently waiting as he calls me to follow him to the office. As we are walking back to the office, he apologizes for the lack of follow up phone call. I kindly decline his apology and let him know that his follow up and customer service game is weak and lacking. The 20 seconds he spoke about having to come back in December for a transmission tech appointment and that the car is being washed and will be out in 20 mins or so is something that could of been said 2+ hours ago. I knew I was coming in for an oil change at least and possibly a software diagnostic. But come on! 5+ hours to tell me to come back in a few weeks and $75 for an oil change with a tire rotation?! Yeah, okay.. share this experience.
