I was very impressed with Dave and his Team. They were very helpful and completely understandable. I was a little disappointed in the prices for parts. Yes you pay more but you get good service.

This shop is the BEST!!!I am sure there are a ton of stories about shops ripping people off and over charging, but that is NOT this shop. As a woman, it is hard to find shops you can trust and this one is it! They are all professional and will explain why they recommend fixing any items they see because they know how they would treat their own cars. Very knowledgeable and super helpful in maintaining my car for years to come! My car went in for brakes and I ended up finding out all of my control arms and bushings needed replacements. Wesley worked with my warranty paperwork and got most of it covered! I didnt have to do anything for the process and now my car feels safe and way better to drive!! Thank you!!!

I had worst experience today with Meineke. This is my first visit. I had oil change and 3 more other services as well including tires check .I have paid more than $300 for all the services. After picking up my car, i noticed that 3 of my wheel covers/hubcap set were missing .Immediately i have visited the meineke service center and informed them.They were super rude and speaking like somebody stolen or you lost it while driving. I did not expect this kind of response from them for the first time customer. Not sure what technician did it. either he must have forgot to put all wheel covers/hubcap set backor did not put back well. its their fault and finally speaking rude with the first time customer.

I took my car in for transmission maintenance and it turned out I only needed a brake light replaced, but I had them do the maintenance anyway and they were very reasonable and professional....I plan on taking my car there on a regular basis...Thanks guys 👍🏼

Dont trust them, I went to do an Uber inspection. I ended up paying over $ 600. Supposedly, they told me I had to change the front tires and pressure sensor from both tires and they change the both front tires I pay for new the install use tires .for the tire pressure sensor unfortunately I have no doubts. I know they didnt even change the sensors so please go away from them the just thief

The guys there were amazing. I was driving with low air and they checked my tires to make sure they were ok. Everything was fast and prompt

I was really lucky to find this shop! I have a 1974 (46-year-old) Toyota FJ40. I stopped by and met Dave and they performed a free brake inspection, while I waited. My truck is so old it has drum brakes... I started by getting my parking brake cable and shoes replaced, old technology driveshaft brake. I went back for a complicated front disc brake conversion. They always kept me updated and provided excellent customer service. The whole team is outstanding Dave, Westley, Justin, Mike and the owner Paul. In short, great customer service, skilled technicians and very fair pricing. My old truck is way more fun to drive, now that it stops like a new one. I highly recommend this location for your automotive needs!

I took my jeep so they can check the transmission, because it was making a rattling noise. They said my transmission was bad and it was going to cause 3,500 for a rebuild and 5000 for a swap. I didnt have the money so I left it alone. After a couple months I found a honest mechanic. There was no problem with the transmission. It was a piece of metal that was unwelded from the muffler that was making that noise. He did also a transmission oil change and the transmission runs strong no problem whatsoever. To think they wanted 3,500 for a rebuild. With no warranty.

They provided a free inspection and informed me that I didn’t need to replace the front brakes. Then they said they could do the back the same day, which they did at a great price and even provided a two year warranty on their work. I appreciated their honesty and I will go their again.

Dave and mechanic was nice.But honestly we shouldnt have to go back 3 times to make sure the brake job is done correctly. Very inconvenient And pay an additional $80 in lyft rides after paying almost $800 on different services.And spent 20min wiping and cleaning oil and oil spot on cloth interior. No buenoA little more care and attention to detail is needed.

Oil change is a good price and they will tell you if anything needs maintenance on your vehicle. Always experienced good service here and handled in a timely matter.

Had to dock 2 stars for:1. Cleanliness of their waiting room- Not sure when was the last time it was cleaned, because dust was everywhere! Including the coffee cart and all of its components. There was also a bunch of green algae/mold in the water chamber of the Keurig coffee maker.2. I got back my car with a bunch of black scuff marks all over the interior! Using floor mats and cleaning hands couldve easily avoided that.

They advised me what was wrong with my car and presented me with all the options that I could go with. Very knowledgeable and explained everything that was to be done with my car. Recommend if you need any repairs to your car.

I arrived an hour after they opened on a Saturday morning to have an oil change. I mentioned to Dave that my car had a leak of some sort. Within moments he informed me that they needed to replace a gasket and that my air filter was very dirty (it’s 6 years old). I was out of there within 30 minutes at a very reasonable price. The facility is clean, safe and the guys are terrific. I highly recommend this Meineke location in Torrance on Hawthorne Blvd.

I drove in yesterday on 4/21 and a mechanic I think his name is Gene,well he totally ignored me by walking away and grabbing his cell phone to fiddle with. All the while with his back to me. I found his behavior to be highly rude and unprofessional. I hope your business is proud of such rude workers and the money you could have earned having a new customer, plus referrals.

The overall customer service was great. They did the oil change and checked my brakes and did an all around service evaluation plus let me know what other things were wrong with my vechile.

This shop is awesome. Dave answered all my questions and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. The process was silky smooth and my car was ready very quickly. Definitely my go to place for auto work.

I made an appointment for 11am, didn’t get to my car til 12pm.

My brake job was severely overdue. I was sure that all four rotors were toast, and potentially one caliper would need to be replaced (I even told them as much as a warning to make sure parts wouldntbe an issue. They ended up replacing much less than I was expecting, and the price was great! Just one note, however, when they call with a price, this amount is before taxes. Ill go back again!

They are unprofessional and never check out car and it is very expensive and just standing over there charging customer. Except oil change and break this manager and mechanic doesn’t know anything.. last week I left my car to fix AC and they changed AC compressor they must to give me first of all my car key to check it out it does working or not and charge me and also charge me too much money and after I left and turn on Ac I saw it’s same thing with hot wave. .. it’s very interesting when I asked by phone before to go pick up car shop manager rod me it is working very good.. he didn’t check anything except charge me lot of money for labor and parts .. Shawn on him and his mechanic and I didn’t work three days with this car and give me damage that must responsible for that...

I needed to have my brakes inspected and they gave me a 12 point Brake inspection when my van was done Wesley told me that i needed front and rear Brakes . He also said my inspection was Free. He was Polite and super customer service friendly and he took care of all my questions. I returned 2 days later to get my new BRAKESand i waited for my vehicle and it was a Great Experience.. I used these guys for one of my vehicles from my fleet. During the repair I get a call from a concerned stranger saying that my vehicle was driving erratically through a neighborhood. I look at the company GPS on the vehicle and sure enough the truck was going through several neighborhoods doing 58 mph in a 25mph residential. I guess they forgot that my company name and number is plastered all over the vehicle. I called the manager with this concern and he shrugs it off. 12 hrs later my vehicle throws the same trouble code as when I brought it in. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Convenient location, good price for oil change if you can get in or make an appointment. They will try to sell you a ton of services though. But overall good service, pleasant guys and they do good work. Beats paying twice as much everywhere else...

Got an oil change, car was leaking oil afterwards (second time this happened) and had to tow the car back there so they could correct their errors. Would not recommend. Overpriced and unreliable.

Dont go here if you care for your car.Oil was dripping because they didnt tighten drain plug and my drive belt was discovered to be sliced in middle after 2.5 hour quick oil change...Their 5 for price of 3 oil change is scam. If you use synthetic oil they will charge you extra each time. Also if you moved you cant use that deal at any other locations.

Assistant Manager Wesley Smithers was so kind. My brakes, door, rear light and power steering needed to be fixed. Gave me car to use for the day. Plus all that work didnt leave me broke. Worth 5 stars

They intentionally damaged my car in order to charge more for unnecessary repairs and lied about it after I got a second opinion which confirmed that was the case. After calling them to discuss this, the manager Dave cussed me out and hung up the phone. He was in denial and afraid hed been caught. I will bring this place to justice. Karma always finds its way.

I dont understand the negative reviews. These guys always fit me in and work with my schedule. Whenever I come in, they always know who I am, ask about family, etc. They only do the services I ask and call me if theres something extra.Case in point, I had a broken visor mirror on the drivers side for MONTHS before I finally asked them to fix it. They told me where to order the part myself to save $50. I didnt have the time, and they gave me the discount anyway. Nice guys!They always go the extra mile - they have even allowed me to leave fliers for a local charity and always call me when my car is ready or if they find more problems (but let me know if that is something that can or cant wait).When something goes wrong with my car, Mike, Moe, and Dave at Meineke Torrance are the FIRST people I call.Thanks guys! You rock!

Great service and ok prices a bit slow at finishing work but they have a Lot of cars to work on. By having a Lot of work they must have many return customers that are happy with there work.
