My banner was printed on fabric and came out highly saturated and with a lot of cyan in the print. Without any arguments, the team agreed to reprint the banner at no additional charge, after I saw how the color read on the fabric. I redesigned my art specifically for that print. The second print and the final result was beautiful!

Not sure if it was an off day when I went in to have get some options for an interior menu board, and two exterior signs, but, either I wasnt dressed like a business owner enough or something, but my presence was essentially ignored for 10 - 15 minutes, even though there were three people behind the counter. The only one assigned to customers, a blonde lady, continued to casually chat up what I would assume was a regular. When I was given the gracious honor of being talked to, I got the clear feeling that I was not worthy of being a client when I didnt know exactly what my options were, she essentially rolled her eyes like I was an idiot. She quickly had me write down what I was looking for for the menu board only and said that someone would contact me, it seemed, to get me out of there. They didnt even bother to call. It must be nice to not need new clients.

I went to Torrance FastSigns office. Even our original logo and Japanese letters werent clear (unacceptable), Jose and Carla were very patiently listen my request and finished our sign in Japanese very beautiful. Price is very reasonable. I recommend Fast/signs in Torrance Office.
