Do not come here if you dont have a cosmetology license..They do not want your cash!!! There was only 1 customer in the store when my daughter and I walked in, we both had a handful of stuff we wanted to buy and to our disappointment we were not allowed to buy anything because neither one of us has a license..what a waste of 30 minutes..I guess they dont need the business eventhough it was a ghost town in there..BEWARE this is how many businesses are going bankrupt and shutting down....

Paradise for cosmetologist! Huge selection of professional and trade size color, shampoo, conditioners, serums, scissors, hot tool, nail posh. This is my candy store, I nuts in here. especially love getting the best pricing for the best products.

Low stock for many items but otherwise great

My wife is a hair stylist, so we shop at this location pretty regularly. Their stock is great, the staff is always very friendly and accommodating.

Ive been going here for years! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly! Sometimes they might not have what I need, but theyve gone out of their way to call other stores or tell me they can order it and when it will be in!

I am bummed out at CosmoProf. Theyve gone way downhill. I dont know what happened, if there were owners changed years ago or what, but its not the quality, the experience or the stock that it used to be. There used to be tons of specials and nothing was ever out of stock and now things are constantly out of stock + you cant find anything, online and in the store. The employees dont always have knowledge of the products or even cosmetology procedures., which they should. I havent dealt with anybody very friendly at all there for years now, on the phone, at the store, with the internet people. Oh and the website is the total website from hell. It is the worst website I have ever tried to purchase on with the worst search engine possible. Also, they used to send you coupons on your monthly magazine & in your email Etc. Now hell will freeze over before you get a coupon and their prices have just gone up up up and the store used to be filled with specials and boxes of buy this thing for great prices, and get these other two things with it for free and you got to try new products and products you wouldnt ordinarily buy, but those are never there anymore. Or there are a few, but its not the same and the prices are not great at all. Its just a disappointment. I feel like so many businesses just get so greedy and the quality goes down in every regard & the quality of employees and their knowledge goes down because its all about making the almighty, so companies / employers want to hire the cheapest person that they can get and theres High turnover, instead of paying for someone whos well worth it and super knowledgeable and capable, the customer no longer have the Pleasant experience that they once used to. I see this everywhere. Its a shame and it should be the opposite. We should take a page from Europe or the past. What makes people happy? That should be the main concern! Then you are filled with customers. The customers are known because there are the same employees for years, they are treated warmly and like an old friend, because the employees have seen them many times, and the employees are paid well and valued too, so there isnt a big turnover, people stay employed at one place for ages and theres great deals & what makes people happier than saving money or getting a great deal and being treated warmly? Nothing really. Thats the key to a great business right there for everybody. Good service and good quality merchandise for reasonable prices! And availability, of goods and location which generally isnt a problem nowadays due to the internet, of course. PS. I wrote this while sick and tired, so its very Bland and not well written at all because I have slow, cold brain. Whatever it is when youre sick and your brains not functioning anywhere near your maximum or even normal capabilities. :-) see? I cant even think of words? Haha
