Customer service is terrible. I never received my trial version, called in to ask what had happened, was told they were backordered 3-4 weeks out, and weeks later I received the first 90 day full package. I tried to explain this to the customer service person and again to the supervisor only to be told that I am responsible for the cost to return the 90 day package for a refund. So I never received what I ordered And now I get to pay to return a package that I dont want. That is terrible customer service!
