Very helpful and friendly customer service. A worker there helped me pick out make up and made sure it was 💯% my skin tone and color. She gave me multiple options and suggested the best one for my skin type. Cashier was also very nice and friendly. Got exactly was I was looking for on a busy day and around my budget.

I came to the mall and there was a line because of covid. I expressed to the rep in front that I knew what I wanted she immediately processed me as a online order had my items brought to the front and push me straight through the line thats the type service I like thank you

She color-tested my cousin and I for Fenty Makeup and recommended other products just right for our skin tones... when we finally put on our makeup for a music event we went to, our makeup looked so well! Great place. My only beef is that (and not the employees fault) is that items that say are available here based on the app, are not at this store. And when I call to ask, sometimes the phone is left ringing or they forgot they put someone on hold. The other thing is ask the makeup artist if they have any experience on mature skin. One artist did my mothers face poorly and almost afraid to.

The workers are pretty rude, they followed me and my friend around the store, we ended up buying everything in our baskets but they still followed us out and I even heard one of the men at the front say theyre leaving as we walked out. Im pretty surprised, I thought only morphe workers were judgmental. :/

I despise this location. Theres always a line, you cant find anyone to help you, and if you do, they are not that knowledgeable. Manhattan Village and Palisades are way better. The lighting is horrible. They never answer the phone. I regret everytime I go there. Its just close to my house. The makeup appts are always booked so theres no benefit to being a Rouge.

Im a VIB Rouge member, with that being said its like I practically live here. Every experience at sephora has been incredible the people who work there are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Whether its perfume samples, questions, foundation testing etc. The associates are always willing to help and give great suggestions. The lines can be a bit long but thats because of the holidays and the line goes by quickly. Definitely will be coming back!

Awful costumer service, dont recommend going to this one at all, or even the one inside of the mall on the other side. Right when you walk in, they eye ball you and assume that youre doing something wrong, it makes me feel uncomfortable and i would never come here again .

The store is small compared to other Sephora stores and theres not a lot of makeup you can try on and no disinfecting utensils to try on the makeup. 👎There was a girl that helped me out. She was really nice but Im not happy with the makeup she recommended me to get. It was pricey and supposedly smudge proof but did not last for even 4 hours.

I really love this Sephora Everytime I coming looking lost unsure about the products I want I have a associate ask me if I need help. They are very friendly always recommending products that actually works for my skin type. I went a week late for my birthday when I was at the cash register I asked if I could still get the birthday gift set Sephora gives to you on your birthday and he did. I was so happy and he recommended to get the face products and I am for sure going back to but the full size. All in all I really love the service here everyone friendly and they recommend products that work for you!

Most everyone was really nice and helpful however one girl who worked there (straight dirty blonde hair) was so rude to me right when I got there I almost walked out. I’ve worked in customer service before and I understand people have bad days but that was not okay

Staff needs to be up to date with their policies. I spoke with a staff member on the phone and was told i would be able to exchange my item. Drove all the way to this sephora just to be told otherwise and that i was basically lying. Total waste of time !

Twice Ive visited to purchase product on my list. The girl directed me towards my requested product and proceed to leave, she didnt even ask if she could help. I grabbed what I needed and picked a few extra items I thought I should try. When I went pay they asked if anyone had assisted me I said no and they apologized. $120 purchases.I went again yesterday and I was browsing the store and I had another list. No one asked if they could help. I waited to ask a clerk already helping another customer. She directed me to what I asked and before she left me i asked her to help me select a Marc Jacobs foundation... she helped me. I then asked her about blushes and she suggested I look around to see what they offer & left. I went to pay. They didnt ask me if anyone had assisted me. $168 purchase. They have awful customer service.

My fav beauty store. they have everything here. Sephora is so much more organized and staffed than their competitor, Ulta, i dont even bother with Ulta anymore...my only gripe is theyre always out off stock on their most popular items.AND the employees only ask if you need anything when you first arrive at the store but i usually have questions after Ive looked around and then its difficult to find a salesperson 🤔

Pricey high end makeup but its worth it to spoil yourself once in a while. The Staff is always helpful if you have questions.

For them having to go in on Thanksgiving day their energy was at the level an associate should have. They gave me beauty tips & recommendation on products especially skin care they had the best selection for early birds on black Friday compared to other sephora locations but the main associate that gave me the best help was moniece I will definitely be calling in before going to see if she is there she had a personality & energy that just makes you want to go back I can definitely see my self learning a thing or two from her.

I’m only giving 2 stars because they had what I was looking for. The customer service on the floor lousy. I think the people on the floor inside Del Amo Mall in Torrance CA judge whether to assist customers based on their appearance. I saw a few customers looking a little lost and no associates offered to assist them. There were several associates standing around and deep in conversation amongst themselves. How can you assist customers like that. I made a purchase but wanted to be color matched so I could purchase Huda beauty foundation. Once I realized everyone was too busy to assist I said excuse me and asked was Huda Beauty sold at all Sephora’s to which one associate answered in a very dismissive way “yes they do” without even turning around. So I google the closest one which was not close at all. Drive there and guess what that location did not sell the whole line- ha no foundation. Now I’m not angry just disappointed. I’m wondering what kind of training the associates are getting. Anyways do better Sephora Del Amo! I called to let the manager know but he was rushed And dismissive as well. He did offer me a discount on my next purchase. Hmm sweet but I didn’t call for a discount. I want better customer service on the floor. ✌🏾 PeaceFYI: I’m not referring to Sephora inside JC Penny’s. It’s the the bigger store INSIDE Del Amo Mall.
