Don’t work here. This is the worst job I or anybody I’ve encountered had. They don’t properly clean the lines out. OSHA should definitely give them a random visit. Management really doesn’t care about their employees. And I’m talking mainly about the CEO of the Torrance location.

I worked here for 1 week and a half and got layed off because I couldn’t stay after 4pm due to my schedule. The work here is very easy on the upside, but management really needs to step their game up and let some people work 8 hour shifts with at most 1-2 hours overtime. I really wish I could of stayed, but if I can’t let my wife borrow my car and if i’m Not allowed to take care of my daughter then I rather look for a company who really cares about “ life/work balance”.

Not a good place to work at, managers are untouchable because they are close to one of the directors(they worked together at GT KOMBUCHA), if they make a mistake they will find any reason to blame it on someone else. “Break-room” where people go to take their “Break” is like prison, you can’t talk because the security guards scream at you to “be quiet” . You work here and do good, they don’t say anything. You work here and you make a slight mistake, they’re on you. I have seen good workers get fired, just because the “managers” don’t like them. Managers just love hearing and getting involved in the gossips, if you let them know what’s going on they love that. I worked there for a little bit over a year.

I worked there about a month. I was the best scoby lady so i was informed by 2 leads and a few coworkers. I was being harassed everyday and couldnt hold it in any further and went to HR. A lead bumped me and I broke a jar, she didnt even apologize I could have gotten hurt or someone. So much sweat is put into this job and i was a very hard worker. I went to HR and they waited for me to get off work to send me a text and fired me. I couldnt understand. The drink is disgusting anyway, but thats besides the point. I wouldnt advise anyone to work here. They fire good workers all the time, thats why they hire people every day.

It take time to get used to but you work nex to people who help you along. The OT is good for the pockets. And i like how they do employees of the motnh. Good place to work for.

I have a question. I work at Ralphs down the street from your company and I want to know why your employees smell like pot when they come to the store. You dont drug test ? I have also seen many of them sitting in the corner of our parking lot and smoking. Would you like to drink something that is made by people that are high?

HORRIBLE! you are not allowed to use the restroom or drink water. Management makes job very uncomfortable for you.13 to 17 hour shifts are MANDATORY 6 days a week you are liable to work a 6am to 12:30 am shift(MANDATORY)and expected to be there again same day ON TIME at 6am . You are monitored 24/7 on camera so if they see you talking they call it in on the walkie talkie to have your supervisor seperate u from whomever u spoke to. Gotta give it up for Kevin who stared at me the WHOLE SHIFT😩 and only delegates us blacks to do whatever he asks. I jus call a spade a spade. Sad to say but I would NOT be surprised if ICE did an immigration sweep. Not a place to work if you have children or BLACK. Definitely a plantation concentration camp feel. Overall DEPRESSING!

Please screw the caps tighter! I have stopped using your product because it is always flat.
