Visited here with the 5 years alignment package I purchased in other locations and even though it’s still valid in other location, this Hawthorne location told me that if i get a new tire, I cannot use it here which clearly is a made up story but instead of arguing with them who don’t want to help me, decided to go to other location who can give me a good service. Not happy with this location at all.

I have been going and keeping coming to see Rene here for years! He has helped me with patching tires with huge nails, to new tires on several cars and vans. He is always fair and willing to accommodate my special requests like having the guys hand torque my wheels. The latest is that he set me up with super sticky Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 for my Volvo turbo wagon. Thanks Rene!

Cool place for what it is. The young guy at the register needs a attitude adjustment. His energy was off. The guy who fixed my tire was cool and way more customer friendly than the guy at the register.

Great service top to bottom. Rene was super helpful and friendly. I didnt meet the tech who worked on my truck, but he clearly knew his stuff. My truck is almost 50 years old and has a ton of quirks. The fact that he was even able to get it started on his own was impressive. These are now my go-to tire guys!!

Ive brought my car here a handful of times to get my tires patched. Ive purchased and installed new tires from here as well. Price is decent. Recently I brought my car in to get my brakes replaced and an oil change. They did a great job. Great customer service. Shout out to Juan the manager for being super cool.

[Update]What’re the odds to have a nail struck in the tire twice a year. And it’s only June 1st. The low tire pressure light came on yesterday late afternoon. Anyway, I came back this morning to remove it and they did it in about a half hour. And the best of it all was that the warranty covered it!!!! Yay! I’m glad that I came here to replace my tires before, and it’s a comfort feeing that I can always come back here for any tire issues. 6/1/2019————I needed just one tire and to have it shaved to match the same tread on the other three tires because mine is all wheel drive (had a flat tire and put on a used tire from another tire store, not knowing the tread need to be the same - learned that it was a potential transmission problem). But apparently no tire stores in town does that, it turned out, unlike my Timmons Subaru guy suggested. Anyway, I called a couple of tire stores and soon learned that the price Allen Tire offered was competitive. Fred the owner seemed nice and Rene was friendly. Got a set of 4 Cooper tires with a promo that they encouraged me to take advantage of.

The guys were great and gave me a good deal on my tires.

Went in for a new tire, and they instead diagnosed a nail in the tire, and for $40 fixed it. Very happy!

The guys are so helpful every time I go to have my tire pressure checked.

Went in on a Saturday at 11 am & even thpugh they were a little busy, needed two tires & an alignment. He said no problem! Give us 1 1/2; hours, well have you out of here. Sure enought, it was on.point. Dodnt try to upsell other service options ( like many other tire places do). Prices were ressonable, and even tho he didnt have to, he gave me a 25% discount on the alignment. I lovevtjis place for tires and Junior does a really nice job as Manager. Highly suggest you get yoir tires there. Msny others did walk ups for various tire issues, they handle each one of them with no appt.

So grateful to Rene from Allen Tire Company. He took care of my wheel alignment in less than an hour. The price wasnt too bad, but Id look for online discounts to further assist your pockets.

Great service and friendly staff. They saw me 15 min before closing they took care of my tired patched it and everything other places charge you 35 for a patch they charged me 25 not bad at all. Totally recommend this tire shop!

Art and the rest of the team at the Torrance location are awesome! I was in a pinch and needed tires for a Tesla to return to Arizona safely. Not only did they stock tires for a Tesla (unlike competitors) but I called 20min before closing and these compassionate people agreed to stay after hours to service my vehicle so I could get home. They truly lived up to quality customer service!

Great. It was the only tire shop I was able to get the particular brand and type of tire within one day. Not to mention I called them after 2pm.

I went to Allen Tires today to have them check on my front driver side tire, which was pretty low. They checked it out and fixed it for a very reasonable price, and I was out of there in under 45 minutes. GREAT SERVICE from ALL of the technicians working there. Ill be back to get my new tires there in a few months, for sure.

I changed my front tires here and was good, I came back to change the back tires on 6/29 after that one tire was losing air every week I return to fix they said was something o my tire I keep putting air every week and last time the part we fill the tire the scroll broke this never ever happen to me before, actually I never had to put air every 2 weeks on my tire, so what I am here back to fix and is my fault again, the problem is just the same tire all the time, I have my car for 5 years and the tire I had before never had a problem, do not come to this place is a big mistake, now they fixing and I will have to spend money again I will never come back to this place again my last time

Came in to patch my fairly new tires on my Mazda CX-9. Went to the dealership prior but they were of no use really, they just confirmed what I had already suspected. So they recommended this place and Im really happy with the job they did at Allens.Rene initially approached me when I pulled in and was super friendly. They found the nail right away and got to work. I was in an out within 15-20 minutes at most. I forgot to check in prior to paying and they have $5 off deal for checking in. Ill be saving it for next time. I paid $25 which seemed fair for the service. Thank you guys for making this experience an easy and fast one. You guys rock!

Rene and the team are the best in the business................. I have been in the auto business as a shop owner for over 23 years and now that I am often in the area I use Allen Tire. If you want it done right see Rene! They handle my Audi and Porsche as well as my SUV.

Got tire repaired for nail puncture. They started the work right away and the price was great. I stopped by another tire shop prior to Allen where the wait was 2 hours for tire patch. I’ll come back to Allen’s from now on.

Got a flat tire this morning and decided to go this shop, was immediately greeted by Art, who was extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. Was very professional and didn’t try to haggle me at all, offered me the cheapest tire and got a new tire fixed in no time. Definitely will have to come back for all my tire needs.

I had 2 punctures on my Pirelli Cinturato P7 run flat. I took the car in Friday morning, Art greeted me as I walked in and had the team started working on the tire right away. Ive been getting tire alignments from here for years, but recently I purchased a set of tires for my truck. The reason Im giving them 5 stars is because they blew me away when I saw one of the guys taking out my spare to change it. Turns out it had big lump in it where the rubber was protruding which made it unusable. The sales person said they take care of their customers.....that way theyll want to come back. Ill be back!!

I am a handicapped person (missing my left leg), and I went into Allen Tire Company last Saturday (3/09/19) with a severely leaking tire. It was 2:20pm, and they were supposed to close at 4 pm. They refused to help me, saying they would be closing in an hour and 40 minutes, and that they had 4 cars ahead of me (there was at least 4 employees working). I explained to them that I was a long time customer, and that I was in desperate need of a new tire. I asked them to please make an exception, and that it was just one tire. The two employees at the counter both flat out fetused to fix my tire. Luckily, American Tire Depot was across the street. I took my car there, and they were more than happy to help me out. I will never go back to Allen Tire Company! From now on, I will go to American Tire Depot!

Great place - worth the drive. Excellent service and reasonable prices. I got the platinum warranty and it was very reasonable and was for 3 years - got it over two years ago and they took great care of me today, after a nail got into my tyre and didnt charge me a penny. It was totally worth getting Lidio and his crew did a great job and he was very nice and courteous. I will be getting my next set of tyres there!

I bent both my passenger side rims. Needed two new tires too. They replaced my tires and straightened my rims all for under $200 and it was done in 90 minutes. Coffee and donuts too (if youre there early enough). I will definitely recommend this place for wheel related problems.

Purchased tires for a mini cooper from them, service was outstanding, they went out of their way to find substitutes for the run-flats that matched my wheels. Then I went to them to look at low tire pressure, they looked thoroughly, analyzed it as just low pressure, no leak and also said to come in monthly, no charge so they can top off the tire pressure.

They sold me one size bigger tire and told me it will be good for my Perius, since I was driving for UBER. I start getting 10m/galon less. I went back and talk to them about it, the guy told me he will replace it with no cost to me at all. I kind of felt bad and told him I will pay $25.00. He came back and told me he cant do it.I dont know what kind of customer service this is. I know for sure I am not going back there.
