Amazing place & service! Brianne made me feel my very best self. I didn’t get my dress yet but my experience on this place compared to others places I went was honestly the bridal experience everyone wants and deserves. I’d 100% recommend this boutique

This was my very very first dress shopping experience, and I am completely blown away! You guys completely over delivered and I am so happy I’m glowing, everybody is so excited. I am over the moon with joy. Thank you guys so much for taking such great care of me and my family while we were there. I am so excited to get my dress back on.

Bridal Elegance is a beautiful place to try on wedding dresses. The inside was chic and magical! Pam helped me with my dresses. We got along really well. Pam was a sweetheart and was so patient with me. I gave her a list of dresses I wanted to try on. Pam picked out some of the dresses that were on my list and some that were not. I tried on 8 dresses and ended up picking THE dress that was not on my list! Louise, the owner, was also very nice.

I couldn’t recommend this place more! I had three appointments total at this shop during a span of two months. For each appointment I was greeted warmly and felt the staff really listened to my wants. Maryann helped me at each appointment and she truly went above and beyond. At my first appointment, I showed her my inspiration pictures and she pulled over 10 amazing dresses. I was pleasantly surprised that they store had so many crepe style dresses! I also appreciated the Maryann was very efficient and made the most of our time together. After the first appointment, I really looked forward to the next appointment because I knew she would be there and help guide me in the process. Overall, it was an incredible experience each time I visited the salon!

I could not have asked for a better bridal appointment experience. The shop is beautiful and feels warm and welcoming. The staff are amazing and the dress selection is stunning. My bridal consultant was phenomenal. She was friendly and polite, made me feel comfortable, and had a good eye for bringing out dresses that I might like but didn’t initially pick. They made the process of finding the right dress relaxing. I felt well taken care of and not stressed and I found my perfect dress within my budget!!! They were very respectful of my budget and attentive to my needs. I can’t recommend this shop enough.

Bridal Elegance was unbelievably stunning right when I walked in. I felt like I was in white dress heaven. I was so excited to search for my dream dress and they did not disappoint. Thanks to COVID, this review is a bit over-due, but I can highly recommend getting your wedding dress and bridesmaid’s dresses for your wedding from Bridal Elegance. They had everything we needed, from an array of wedding dresses, accessories, and bridesmaid dresses, to a tailor that performed amazing alterations. Everyone is extremely friendly, organized, and were always prompt to reply to messages and questions. As a bonus, we were able to support a small, local business.

I had such a great experience at Bridal Elegance! I went to a few other studios and none of them compared. The staff here is so welcoming and supportive, the dresses are gorgeous, and the environment is perfect!

Bridal Elegance is an absolute gem of a place. I had a hard time wedding dress shopping prior to visiting and after I’d had ENOUGH, I decided to make an appointment at some local places - the first of which was bridal elegance. I made the appointment and went alone. It was the best day. Staff is so attentive and sweet, letting me try on as many gowns as I desired and offering just the right amount of advice and feedback. I actually ended up buying two dresses 😂 The selection is outstanding, the service makes you feel at home, and the place itself is beautiful. 10/10 would recommend!! xx

Everyone at Bridal Elegance, from the store associates to the owner, were so friendly and kind. They really made me feel welcomed and beautiful throughout the try on process. I did not feel rushed at all during my appointment and was able to try on SO many dresses. They have an amazing selection available at great prices and in sample sizes that actually fit me (bridal 12-14/US size 8-10) so that I could really get a good feel for how the dresses would fit. At other shops, the sizes were so small and it made it difficult to really envision how the dress would actually look on me. I ended up picking a dress from their selection and could not be happier!

I came to BE needing to buy a dress off of the floor since I needed to take it back to Korea, and the girls (especially Brianne!) were very accommodating and kind. Originally I came a year and a half ago, but I got such good vibes from this place that I knew I wanted to come back and find my dress here. Im a curvier bride but was never made to feel embarrassed, and Brianne had lots of good ideas for styling. This time around I came in a little emotional about the process since my dad passed away since my last visit and this is an experience I have been dreaming about having him be apart of, but BE helped keep everything light and fun for me. I recommend BE for any bride!!

Everyone was extremely nice and seemed genuinely excited for you. I worked with Maryanne and she was amazing. I tried on the same dresses back to back a few times, and she was patiently all for it. The dresses are gorgeous and not ridiculously expensive.

I had a fun, stress-free, and successful shopping experience at Bridal Elegance. They have an amazing selection and wide variety of gowns! They carry such beautiful sleek lace dresses, which is what I was looking for. The best part…they have a Pinterest account with pictures of every gown in stock. This means you can see the dresses ahead of time, from the comfort of home, on models and not just lifeless on a hanger, and don’t need to spend any time during the appointment sifting through racks. Pinning the pictures of the dresses I wanted to try on made me feel prepared for the appointment and even more excited! I went to the salon knowing I would leave with a dress!! I felt zero pressure from the woman helping me. The dressing room is huge and comfortable. The best part was I got to “say yes to the dress” on my first shopping trip - no need to look elsewhere because this store has an amazing selection!

This place is amazing!! The first time I came in with no appointment while they were very busy (I tried wait listing but nothing opened up). They were so kind when we came in and let my bridesmaids hunt down some dresses for me. They had a spare mirror that we took over and one of the ladies who worked there was kind enough to still help us out! Such a great first impression with the accommodation.I loved all the dresses so much (such a wide variety!) that I made an appointment to come back and was treated just as well. I found a beachy wedding dress potential to add into my top 3 choices :)The decorations are very cute as soon as you enter and I love the couch and mirror platform set-ups in the middle. The design was very well thought out and gives off a comfortable, warm vibe. The area as you enter is updated for each season with something new as well. Everything about this place is a BIG YES from me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I can’t say enough good things about Bridal Elegance. From the selection of dresses to the staff.I tried on probably about 10 dresses and they were all stunning but I didn’t get the “feeling.” That’s when Louise came over and said she has been listening to all the things I like about a dress and didn’t like and then recommended the PERFECT dress for me. I put it on & instantly knew that it was the ONE.Her attention to detail is astonishing. Her customer service is remarkable.It’s not easy being a covid bride but she has completely made the entire experience so enjoyable.I would recommend this place 1000 times over.P.S. Louise and her team were so wonderful to work with! I had found this bridal salon on a whim because I had missed an appointment at another place and luckily Bridal elegance had an opening. The appointment was super efficient, they sent me a link of their Pinterest and I sent screenshots of the dresses I wanted to try. The staff was very accommodating, helping me visualize what dresses could be with alterations. I was so happy with everything that I picked a dress on the spot, signed the paperwork and did my measurements.

Brides, you will be blown away by the selection of gowns and the amazing stylists at Bridal Elegance!I visited 5 other shops in LA. From Pasadena, to DTLA, to Beverly Hills to Santa Monica. Little did I know my dream dress was waiting for me in a strip mall in Torrance...After a few disappointing bridal appointments, I thought that I would just have to settle for a dress that was good enough and not have that magical moment.I went to Bridal Elegance specifically because they carried a few All Who Wander gowns Id been eyeing online. When I sat down with my stylist Jaslyn I showed her the dress Id tried on the previously that I liked best, but still wasnt sure about.She pulled about 10 gowns for me. Some Id selected ahead of time and some of her own picks.As a street size 12/14 I fall into that mid-size area where at a lot of shops the standard sample sizes were too tight and the plus size gowns swallowed me. To my amazement and delight, almost all of the gowns I tried on at BE fit me with a few clips or a little wiggling. (I think their samples are a little bigger than other places so if youve been struggling to find samples that fit this is a great place to check out!)Dress after dress that I tried on made me feel amazing. Neither of the dresses I came there for were all that exciting in person, but the other gowns I tried on blew me away! And some of them were way UNDER my budget.I ended up having 5 favorites! I knew I needed to sleep on it and couldnt make a decision right away. I felt no pressure to buy anything. (Unlike at some of the other bridal shops.) I came back with my mom 2 weeks later and had my Say Yes to the Dress moment. I cant wait to wear my Martina Liana gown for the big day next year.Thank you Bridal Elegance for such an amazing experience!To my fellow brides, yes you have to drive to Torrance* but I promise its worth it. And theres plenty of parking. (*No hate on Torrance, its just a trek from where I live!)You deserve to have a dress that makes you feeling amazing. Louise is the owner & she really goes above & Beyond to make you comfortable & does everything she can to help make your Wedding gown experience perfect. From finding the “one”, to ordering accessories (I really wanted a certain kind of veil-& when they didn’t have it she called to see about custom ordering one), to hunting down the designer’s deliveries (she personally called me to touch base on the delivery of my gown),& just giving you that personable friendly vibe with professionalism. Plus they are super on top of their social media platforms-I love getting updates from them & cute tips! And the boutique is so adorably chic. I said yes to the dress! This is definitely the best place I’ve been for trying on wedding dresses.The decor is gorgeous! Louise the owner and her whole staff (Pam especially who helped me out twice) are the nicest people! I probably tried over 20 dresses and gone there multiple times and each time they are so patient with you. They don’t pressure you at all and they always invite you to come back if you want to try on other dresses because they are always getting new dresses in. I will update when the dress comes in for my fitting :)

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Bridal Elegance. I went all the way down to Torrance, an hour drive from my house, because they were one of the only shops that carried a dress that I wanted to try on. They reached out to me before my appointment and gave me all the details and updates. Upon getting there, I brought a whole crew... 8 people. I knew they weren’t all going to be allowed inside with me so they planned on hanging out outside and it was no big deal, but the staff went above and beyond. The owner was so kind and brought chairs out for them to sit on and they even opened the front doors of the store and put a pedestal near the doors so that they could all see me from outside! They were willing to bring me countless dresses and all sorts but my heart was set on the one I went down there for. They were patient with me putting it on twice and clipping the back and were there for anything I needed! I highly recommend this shop. The inside is beautiful and clean and the set up was absolutely perfect and stylish! I said YES!

Wonderful experience. The team was very helpful preparing me for my appointment and had me look at their Pinterest before arriving. Once there I tried on some of the dresses I had pinned, and as the stylist got to know me and what I liked about the different dresses she pulled a few dresses she thought were what I might be looking for and just like that I found the perfect dress. Such an amazing experience! My sister and I had such a great time and they were super helpful! They had so many beautiful dresses and it was hard to choose just one. I was referred to Bridal Elegance by a friend who just got her dress from there. I had a great experience myself from choosing my dress in my price range to the alterations process. I was cutting it close to wedding date and they made it work for me. I just got my dress and veil yesterday and it fit me perfectly! The seamstress even made me a face mask with the extra material!

I had a limited window of time to look at dresses and Jaslyn at Bridal Elegance was great at currating dresses I liked and getting me in and out quickly! I already had a dress in mind that I had been eyeing for months and it was an amazing experience to put it on. The studio was beautiful and my mom and sister also had a great time! After going into many salons to try on dresses, I felt so much relief when I discovered Bridal Elegance. The staff were friendly, accomodating, and realistic when it came to choosing a dress. The only thing that irritated me was that the owner claimed to have called me to pick up my dress when she truly didnt and tried to charge me a late fee which I wasnt about to pay. All in all, I would recommend Bridal Elegance to anyone looking for a wide selection and good deal on a wedding dress.

Bridal Elegance has a great selection but its true that you cant see all the dresses yourself. I actually think that it is fine since browsing through so many can become overwhelming when often they look so different on your body than on the hanger....I had that experience at another salon. I found my dress wedding dress. I will be married in July and can wait to show off the dress. I gave the staff some pics and ides what I liked and I fell I love with the 3rd dress I tried on. The alterations lady is great and very easy to work with. I also go my bridesmaids dress here and they also had a great experience. I highly recommend this place for dress, great location, and most importantly the awsome staff!!

Bridal Elegance is, by far, the best bridal salon I have visited. This was the first place I went to try on dresses. At the time, I wasnt quite ready to commit and simply wanted to feel out what kind of dress I would like. They were incredibly accommodating, were able to immediately figure out what dress fit all my criteria, and made the entire appointment very enjoyable. When I went to other salons in the area, I felt pressured into buying a dress right there and then - this was not the case at Bridal Elegance. They recognized that buying my wedding dress was a huge decision, and made me feel very comfortable in waiting to make sure I was getting the right one. I loved Bridal Elegance so much, that after visiting several other places to try on more dresses, I ended up returning back there and buying a dress from them! Loved this place. I cannot rave about them enough. I was not a bride that looked forward to buying a dress. I have curves, and was worried that Id never find a dress that flattered my body. Wrong. This place was so accommodating, flattering, and kind. They made me feel good, and were kind to me when I had trouble getting into my dress RIGHT before our wedding. They were able to fix it with no trouble and I picked it up the very next day, pressed and perfect. These ladies are great. The owner, Stacey, and Maryann were amazing and Id recommend this place to anyone.

I picked a dress 2 yeary ago and i paid $1000 deposit and i never picked up, i went to the store ( after 2 year) and it been sold to different owner and it moved to different location. The new owner contact Stacy ( the old owner ) and aaked her about my dress . Stacy had the dress she kept it for 2 years, i paid the balance and i got the dress,i am so grateful and thankful for both owners . They are amazing

I dont know what took me this long to write my review...the staff was excellent they made me feel so safe meaning I was nervous and afraid because Im in the process of losing weight for my special day, I felt beautiful on each pick. I gave them a picture of my dress and each one they choose I felt BEAUTIFUL AND I found my dress for my special day and at a great price, less than what I expected. After sitting down with Louise we realized we went to Gardena together, her staff is amazing very professional and friendly. I cant wait for my fitting. If your getting married or looking for a special gown try bridal elegance not only will you find the one you may even find two thats because they have so many gowns too choose from. I felt and looked beautiful in my gown on my special day thank you Louise.

They have a great selection of wedding and bridesmaid dresses for how tiny the store is. Pricing is very high ($50-$80 mark up on all the dresses we bought compared to online pricing from the brand), but that’s to be expected from these little boutique shops. Four out of five bridesmaid dresses came out right. The fifth one’s size was ordered 6 sizes too big and they didn’t do anything about it (and honestly didn’t care), so now she has to pay even more money to get it altered. I personally wouldn’t shop here, but the bride insisted we got our dresses here. At least we were supporting a local business.
