The completed work was beautiful. However, cleanup afterwards was not acceptable. I had to clean out drawers and on top of cabinets. Also one of the panels buckled but they came back out and fixed it. I do love the cabinets and the look.

Reborn installed a new shower remodel. It looks fantastic. Dustin and David did an amazing job. They were efficient and professional. One of the shower doors had a scratch running down the side. Requested several estimates for a full shower remodel for my mother and Reborn was the only company that walked my mother through the entire process and made her feel comfortable about what she was being charged for. They had us updated on every step of the way and even offered full financing with a zero percent interest for 12 months which really helped our family not feel so pressured by the process. The installers Juan and Brian were awesome and very accommodating. Especially Juan. Because he spoke Spanish he was able to explain the entire process and keep my mother feeling comfortable through the whole thing. They worked hard to get in and out in less than 2 days and we’re very respectful of our home and time. New Windows throughout house. Excellent quality windows, great installation process with installers who did the work professionally and to a high standard. It was a long wait to get the windows from the factory, probably due to the Covid 19 pandemic and a couple of other issues along the way but.... well worth the wait. We had a great experience updating a kitchen. The staff was very professional, kept the work site clean, and communicated throughout the install. There was some minor confusion on the specs that we were intially promised and they fixed it without any issues. Would recommend and use again in the future.

Reborn refaced our kitchen cabinets, replaced our old countertop with a beautiful quartz countertop, and installed a tile backsplash. We are very happy with the work. They worked fast, were very professional and easy to work with, and our kitchen looks beautiful! There were a couple of very minor snags along the way, but they took care of them quickly and were very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend Reborn.

Kitchen counter, bedroom counter, and bathroom shower walls & doors were replaced. Quality of materials used and workmanship was excellent across the board.

The project took much longer than expected including a not welcome re-schedule just before the job was to start. How ever, our salesman/designer, Randall was great. Initial appointment to discuss our wants was about 3 hours. We started the process May 15th. The cabinets were not completed until August 6th. The end result was worth the long wait. The installation, fit and finish are flawless. Kudos to Reborn Cabinets. Absolutely beautiful work.....

The men arrived 10 minutes early. I was very happy with the installation of my new shower. They removed my previous tub-shower combo and laid the foundation for the shower. I was kept advised throughout the whole process.The finished product was awesome. I would recommend Reborn to anyone.

The professionalism and speed at which the refacing took place was excellent. The care and quality of work that Sang Kim ensured on the job was the best i have experienced in a long time. The only reason I gave it a lower than 5 stars was the counter top team was later than expected and their communication of some issues was not the greatest.

On Monday, October 29, 2018, Tony Nguyen and Quy Pham installed a walk-in tub in our home. We were told they would arrive between 8 and 11am. We assumed they would arrive around 11am, but we hoped they would arrive early. We were pleasantly surprised they arrived early around 9am. They were VERY professional and organized. Before they started, they showed me the tub to make sure the order was correct. When it was installed, Tony Nguyen went over the instructions and explained everything thoroughly and in detail. Great company.....easy to work with, quick and efficient. We are very happy with the results. First heard of the company at the O.C. Fair in August, met with a rep the next day and had a new shower installed by the end of the month. Install took one day, very professional installers and did a nice job of cleanup. One part was missing and Reborn had to return at a later date to install it, but it wasn’t a critical piece (foot pedestal), so we could do without. Had to contract with a separate glass shower door installer due to the configuration of our shower, but the acrylic shower walls, fixtures and pan from Reborn look great and should provide showering pleasure for years to come.

Awesome service, honesty and clarity in everything they do. And the final product is amazing. We just had our kitchen refaced and could not be happier about our decision, and it only took 2 days to complete the job. Thank you for improving our kitchen and our lives.

Call center is only contact and staffed by totally UNknowledgeable people. They had 1 script - repeated over and over no matter the question. Huge waste of time to answer any call back.

I love my cabinets. They did a very good job. I did not want to change my old cabinets because they were very sturdy as compared to the cabinets you buy these days made from cheap material from China, so the transformation was great. It only took 3 days to complete and the process was very simple.

Excellent craftsmen, smooth installation, impressive products. My only quibble has to do with the internal communication processes at Reborn. The designer was not familiar with the type of sink we ordered, but the counter installer had a wealth of knowledge of the different type of sinks and what would work best with the counter we had requested. More internal communication and training would have helped us make better selections.

We chose Reborn because of great reviews by friends. They lived up to their billing! Our site supervisor Shawn was professional, friendly, and very accommodating. The different crews worked hard to finish the job in the guaranteed time frame. We had a new kitchen in just under 3 weeks! Couldn’t be happier with my Reborn Cabinets. From start to finish everyone from the company was fantastic Jack the salesman, Eric the project manager and especially to two installers Mario M, and Narvie who by the way has a daughter going to Stanford on an art scholarship (now that’s impressive). The quality of the cabinets is first rate as well as the installation. Looks as good as new at about half the price of replacement and unlike custom work, has a 25 year warranty. Started when they said, finished when they said. All in all fantastic.

Were very pleased with our new shower. The work was completed in less than two days, and looks terrific. And most of all is very functional. Our old shower pan was cracked, and the shower itself iffy. Victor (Acosta) did a great job...including the two minor adjustments we needed after two weeks of break-in. I contacted Reborn in 2016. They installed a brand new shower stall in my master bedroom. I couldn’t believe how incredible the work they did looked after they finished, and in such a short time. 1 DAY!!! They showed up on time and were very professional and friendly! No wasted moves! The quality of the materials are top notch! The chrome is high quality! But as time has gone by I noticed that the Hot water pressure coming out of the shower head was gradually getting less and less. I was meaning to call them to see if they had a solution, but I misplaced their number. And to my amazement I got a call the very next day from a customer rep asking how my shower was doing and if I was happy with it. I told him my concern about the pressure. He said he was familiar with the problem and sent a guy out within two days! Again this gentleman (Chris Martinez) called before he came and showed up on the dot! He Replaced a couple of valves and was in and out within a half hour! I can now enjoy my shower experience once again! I love this company and Highly recommend them!!!

We had our kitchen cabinets refaced a few years ago. Recently we replaced the oven and the installers damaged the cabinet around the oven. Reborn sent someone to inspect and scheduled a technician to do a repair. Gary Stella came out and expertly repaired the cabinet around the oven to like-new condition. I cant say enough about this place. MY ONLY REGRET is that I didnt use them for my kitchen remodel. I hired them for my bathroom cabinets and from beginning to end this company was the most professional, detailed company I have ever dealt with in the home improvement business. The initial consultation was very helpful and professional. The use of technology in reminding you about the upcoming appointment and follow up calls, emails and so forth were outstanding. Their customer service angle was beyond what I ever expected from beginning to completion. The quality and install of my cabinet was awesome. The product and the item was even better than I had expected. The installer was nice, clean, brought appropriate items to protect the stairs and so forth. The end result was beautiful cabinets. While doing some remodeling in our home we decided to update our kitchen. After hearing about Reborn Cabinets on the radio pretty much every day, we decided to call them for an estimate. The salesman showed up on time and spent over two hours with us going over the options, materials and pricing. His knowledge of the product was impeccable. I never knew there was so much to know about cabinets.During our initial meeting we chose a particular granite that we thought would go well with the kitchen. When we went to pick our stone we realized that it was not what we wanted. Happily we were able to pick a different granite at the vendor with no issues whatsoever!The work was scheduled and done on time as well. We received constant updates from customer service as to the status. We had a contractor working in the house at the same time the cabinets were being installed and I was pleased that our Reborn installer was flexible to let them do some floor work while he was doing the cabinets. He also made some special adjustments to accommodate our under cabinet lighting. Very impressive. We did have a couple of minor issues with a wrong cabinet door and drawer handle but those were taken care of without hesitation.The materials are amazing. Very high quality and the installation totally transformed our kitchen into a place the is not only inviting but draws attention. I feel the price was fair and have already recommended Reborn to friends. We are completely satisfied with the quality and workmanship we received from Reborn.

I found them very professional and prompt, coming on time and finishing on time. The only reason I left 4 stars instead of 5 is their choices... everything is extra. However, my vanities are beautiful and Im very pleased with how they look. Ill probably use them for a 3rd vanity as well.This was my first review. What happened next was completely dishonest. Unfortunately, they spilled quite a bit of stain on my driveway, ultimately denying the amount of damage and refusing to reimburse me for the repair costs. They tried to bargain the amount damages asking if I had pictures when all along, they did. Complaining on BBB - they were again dishonest and since I moved away, I wasnt able to take them to small claims court.

He is professional, respectful, approachable and never gave us pressure in our decision.Shawn Nichols, the project manager was very responsive to our needs, questions and anxieties.Edward, who installed the cabinets together with Bryan did a great job and I enjoy each day looking at my new kitchen. They made sure the place was made spotlessly clean, orderly and presentable.The quality of the work-cabinet carpentry, countertop, backsplash tiles, reset plumbing fixtures exceeded my expectations.Given what I know today about the contractors ability to perform, I would highly recommend REBORN CABINETS INC. for similar projects.

My wife and I recently had our cabinets refinished in all three of our bathrooms. We must say to anyone reading this review that the quality and workmanship far exceeded our expectations. We could not be happier with the refinish. The door and drawer style selection was plentiful and we had many colors to select from although we did have a custom color made for one bathroom. The added cost for the custom color was worth it. The silent drawer and door closing hinges are fabulous.Working with personnel at Reborn Cabinet was not perfect but it would not cause us from returning for our next job. The designer/sales person was always attentive to our needs and got the order correct without delay. However, she did employ the high-pressure sales pitch, which included discounts and free items if we signed a contract today (initial meeting). She was probably just following policy. The person who measured the cabinets was prompt, curious, and polite. We were assigned a project manager for our job. We would have liked him to be a little more attentive to our needs. Phone calls were not return promptly and one was not returned at all. The personnel highlight was the installer. He took time to answer all my questions throughout the day, kept our house clean during the process, and really truly showed pride in his work.We would definitely recommend (and have done so) to friends and family.

Our kitchen looks great. They told us it would be done in four days and it was done in four days. We were very pleased with the entire experience.

When they came to do their job they were very polite very profesional all of them were very nice they were very very very neat very friendly I am so happy that I got my tub I should have gotten it sooner than I did but now that I did Im so pleased Im raving to all of my friends about it thank you so so much for creating this for the public to actually have one Im in heaven when Im in it😃 Craig my designer is awesome.

It was refreshing to have hard working people do the work compared to the previous disaster we had. The colors are great and theyll accommodate to any problem you have.

I have only had my cabinets a short time and like them very much. I have an older Kitchen and unfortunately due the soft close and handles (old cabinets did not have handles) the openings are smaller and the drawers (different design than old) are smaller so I had to get rid of some things, find other storage solutions, and have lost quite a bit of space in the back of lower cabinets. Not Reborns fault but something to think about if you are remodeling an older home. Installation crew could not have been more professional, respectful, nice guys. Very Clean. My driveway looked better when they were done than when they started. They started on time and finished when they said they would.

Very pleased with the company and Chris Martinez. The company stood behind their product and when we had an issue they came out quickly and fixed it.Chris was on time. His work was done quickly and cleanly. He showed a concern for out house by br8ng mats etc to protect the tub while he worked. Explained what caused the problem and fixed it.

Reborn replaced my tub/shower in 2 days and did a great job. Edmundo Lara and David Ivaraaa were punctual, stayed on schedule and kept me informed the entire time. Also, Ryan was very helpful in coordinating the install date and accommodating with last minute requests. Overall, a great experience.

My wife and I had wanted to change our master bathroom tub/shower combination to a walk-in shower for quite a long time. We did a lot of comparative research regarding materials and installation techniques long before deciding on which way we wanted to go. We have always liked the Koehler brand and have had very good experiences with their products in the past. When we saw the Koehler LuxStone ads, it seemed to have all the features that we were looking for, as well as being much more substantially well put together than other processes we had seen. So, we signed up for a Koehler consultation and were directed to Reborn as Koehler specialists. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know to make a educated decision. He answered all of our questions clearly, succinctly, and without a feeling of trying to up-sell us on anything. We had pretty much decided that we wanted the Koehler product, so we signed up immediately. The scheduling was worked to coincide with our calendar with no problems. They said it would take one day to demo the old tub/shower and one day to install the new shower. Having done remodeling work before, it seemed a bit optimistic time-wise. Our installers were Carlos and Freddy, and they were total professionals. Despite some difficulty with the demo, it was still done in one day, and the pan was set and leveled before they left. By the end of a long second day and despite the fact that we are on the top floor of our building and the shower panels wouldn’t fit into the elevator, it was completed and absolutely beautiful! There was one little item that needed some tweaking a couple of days later, but that was scheduled for the day following my phone call, and was fixed immediately. Since then, it has been a joy use this shower! Our experience with Reborn has been a very smooth and satisfying experience, and I hope all future customers have this as their result.
