Mike installed a 12.3 inch Android screen in my 2016 BMW 535I. He did a phenomenal job! The screen is absolutely beautiful and works perfectly. Drastically improves the look. Id definitely recommend this shop.

Be very careful here. Very scammy. Dont trust these guys. Didnt finish the job and still charged full price. I could go on and on. Havent felt so ripped off in decades. Ill post pictures and more details. If i was still in the area I would take them to court and I would win. Look how they left my car. No pride.

I have been so impressed and happy with the results of getting my car stereo situation worked out at this place! I had some engine noise problems and the sound quality of my already installed stereo just wasnt where it should be and this place knew exactly what needed to be done to get sounding optimal and theyve completely succeeded for a very affordable price. They were honest and despite being very busy, they took the time to see that I was happy with everything and showed me how to use my amazing new EQ.GO SEE THESE GUYS! I went over 20 miles because I care who works on my car and the reviews before mine were true and the drive was worth my while. I will be back with my other car stereo asap.

I had a security tracking GPS system installed along with speakers, an amplifier, and subwoofer. The job was performed expertly and at a very reasonable cost for the equipment and installation. I initially came only for the GPS install. But after receiving such a fair price to install the GPS tracking device. I decided to purchase audio equipment as I felt confident in the way they do business. Very happy with the way my car sounds over the weak stock system! The upgrade is worth every cent. All of my music now has life. Will definitely do business with Audio Matrix again and will recommend to others. Highly recommended.

West was absolutely amazing and straight to the point about everything. Didn’t confuse me with unnecessary audio terminology. Would not recommend this place! My boyfriend got a system installed here, all products recommended by the owner. He paid for 2 12 woofers and 2 10 were installed. Amp not equipped to push the system. When he returned to confront the situation, the owner claimed that 12s would not fit? Never did he call and make my boyfriend aware of the situation, nor did he attempt to refund the difference. Straight tried to rip him off!

My car alarm and door locks stopped working last week. It was difficult to find a replacement for this 2003 Honda Pilot, locksmiths could not find any replacements. Audio Matrix set me up with new after market alarm fobs quickly, efficiently and with a great price. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. 👏🏼👏🏼

I had a couple set ups installed (pioneer unit and xtreme amps, speakers, subs then a dvd player with diamond audio amps, speaker, subs). Also had an alarm installed here, dynamat in the trunk, windows tinted, and I even bought rims from them. Back then (15 years ago), I dont know anything about car audio and they easily couldve taken advantage of me and now that I do all of the work on my own car and know about the subject I feel like they treated me great and did really good work. I was only 18 and I think they treated me as the good customer I was. I think the guys name was Alex, thank you Alex.

I had changed my custom daytime driving light housing installed and went to them to have the wirings installed. It was not working well. and their only option was to have a on off switch installed instead of it going on and of automatically like it should for all cars. Checked youtube and found out that it can be done easily, So disappointed paid good money for a so so job

I got my car windows tinted here for a very good price. It’s been over 9 years and the tint on my car is still perfectly intact. Mike is super friendly, straight to the point, honest and gives you the best price. Highly recommend this place for your car beautification needs.

I purchased an alarm from matrix and had them install it. They just shoved components under the dash and wires were left hanging.Look like it was done with no care. Cant believe they are still there. Two thumbs down. If I had three theyd get the three. No use of taking it back. No reason to let them even touch my car.

It was my first time going here. They had everything I need it to install my sub and amp. Great price compare to other places around the area. It took a bit long but got the job done and right. I would recommend it.

Bought a backup camera from them. They said it was a very good quality camera. I installed it myself. Camera picture quality is really bad. Green grass shows up as pink in color. Tried to return it and they wanted to charge a restocking fee and more money for a camera that is the quality that Im looking for. So they said. I was a returning customer. I dont recommend, nor will I return to this place again. They should of just given back my money because they sold me a poor quality product and been honest from the beginning.

I got a viper alarm set up here for 200$ TODAY! As soon as I get home I notice my side speaker broken & wires hanging out, also wires hanging under neath the pedals ! I try calling back no answer, now the alarm is staying on & I can’t start my car 😡 such horrible job they did for the amount I paid I expected better !! Going back on Tuesday since they’re closed for 2 DAYS!

Class act. Audio Matrix outfitted my BMW M2 with the latest Audison combined amplifier/DSP unit and speakers (including underseat subs). Audio Matrix had to undo a previous wreck performed by another shop. I chose Audio Matrix after very careful consideration, having learned the pain of entrusting the wrong guys previously.But need not trust an online review...ask them what they recommend and why, do your due diligence research on their solution and judge for yourself. That most likely will lead to a similar experience.Edit: I have had more time to listen to the system and tune with the Audison DSP software. This system is devine.

Got my sounds on my honda done at Audio Matrix. They did an exellent job, gave me a very good deal, and a free gift too. I went to a lot of shops in the area, they were the best choice. I recommend them to all my friends.

Stay Away! I went to get a Viper Alarm installed they hooked up the wiring wrong so I had to take it to another shop to get it done properly SMH for what I payed they should of knew what they are doing.

I got a remote start viper alarm with the smart start GPS module installed here about 1 year ago, everything was ok until i started experiencing a horrible problem, everytime i remote-start my truck, it sounds as if the key is still in the ignition trying to start the truck while it’s on. this is so harmful as it will burn my ignition, so i took the truck to Mike, the shop owner who i did business with for the last 7 years, and he simply looked at it for an hour then gave me back my truck and was like “ this is how it will be “ and didn’t fix it, this is so disapointing because i spent so much money with this place and Mike would me treat me like this? i’m a busy guy but once i have free time i will take to local viper dealer to fix the problem, and i will update my review, but in the meantime do not waste your time with this shady, and disrespectful business, there are many other local shops that are worthy of your business, stay away from this establishment..

I brought my 92 toyota pick up here long time ago for subs, stereo and tint installation.. they did a fantastic job.. so i came back like a year later with my s2000 for a stereo job and a viper alarm system... they recommended me some upgrade in the alarm system which i took bc they will explain why its best to take it(motion sensor)... i did have a bit problem with the motion sensor since the setting was to high for my car but when i took it back, they adjusted it really quick.. i felt like since theres an issue they will make it priority to get it done asap.. i also ask if they can install custom glass on my hood since i failed to do it (hard to cut class into the proper shape).. so they did it and without a doubt, they did such a clean job that i highly recommend this.. for me, the price is extremely low for their excellent service.. they took both of my car and treated like a baby... i will be back since i want to do more thing into the car!!
