I had a great experience with A1 Carpet Market, this business is highly recommended based on my experience with Sam. My rental Property bedrooms wood laminate floors were water damaged and needed immediate replacement for my tenants. Thanks to Sam he was very understanding of my needs and urgency to to replaced the floors, he also recommended replacing it with new technology vinyl flooring so in the future they would be protected from water damage. Sam offer fair pricing, came out the same day measured the space, ordered the flooring, and had his installer there the next day. The installers were very professional they were in and out, removed the old flooring, replace the new floors and molding in a speedy fashion. The new floors look amazing! My tenants were happy and the job was completed A-1!!!! So if you are reading this review go see Sam A1 Carpet Market and he will get the job done!

Extremely happy with the quality of work. All employees are professional, courteous, neat, quick, and efficient in all aspects of the work they do. I highly recommend. A1 carpet installed vinyl floors (hallways, living room, bathroom, 3 bedrooms), base boards, kitchen backsplash, and tile on front and back porches.

They are one of the best carpet and home designing places. They do a great job and leave a smile on your face.

I never write reviews, but Im making an exception for A1 Carpet Market. Due to a family emergency, a relative needed to move into a spare (previously unfinished) room in my house. My dad and I walked into A1 on the Saturday before July 4 (Tuesday) and explained to Robert the salesman that we were in need of a rush installation job so that the room would be ready ASAP. Robert helped us pick out some beautiful carpet remnants that would suit our dimensions, and was immediately up-front with the (very reasonable) material and installation labor costs. Robert explained that due to the 4 day weekend, it could be tough to find someone to install the carpet before the 4th, but that he would see what he could arrange and give us a call the next day to let us know if we could expect a Monday or Wednesday installation.We were in and out of the store within about 25 minutes, and left feeling very satisfied with the deal we had arranged. As promised, Robert called the next afternoon and was happy to report that he had managed to find someone to deliver and install the carpet on Monday morning. The installer came out the next day right on time, and had the whole room finished, cleaned, and vacuumed within the 90 minutes that had been estimated.The room looks wonderful, and we are still amazed at how painless the entire experience was. We found everyone at A1 to be exceptionally accommodating and professional, and will remember them the next time were looking to have any flooring work done. I would absolutely recommend them!

This a great place to buy carpet, flooring and tile. Robert is knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend them over the generic carpet stores out there.

I can only click 1 Star. A1 didnt stand behind their product, and didnt resolve a carpet issue from a defect or damage from installation.(Read on for more)We just purchased new carpet from A1, which was also installed by them.It came with a warranty on the carpet and installation. Within 60 days after the installation the carpet started to unravel from normal vacuuming in 1 small area. We called Eric at A1 and he said its was the carpet manufacturer liability not his. The carpet rep came out and said they are not responsible either lol. Eric refused to make it right. When he came out to our home to look at the defect he pulled up a portion of the carpet from where it was fastened to the floor. He didnt fasten it back, he just let it fall back down to the floor. Then he said it was our fault due to vacuuming it. He refused to do anything and left.We had carpet from home depot in our house previously for over 10 years and never had a problem with it. Actually it is still in the 2 bedrooms.A1 did the living room and the hallway. We dont recommend A1Although Corona that answers the phone is very nice. To bad they dont stand behind their product :(This is just our experience with A1 Carpets.

A1 is really A1A to Z is A1, from the moment you enter the store until the moment the installers leave the house is really A1. Super experience with A1 Carpet market
