Can’t say enough positive about Carpet Remnants & Rugs Warehouse, its staff or service. After flooding wiped out the majority of our possessions, we were in desperate need of new carpeting. From the moment we walked through the door, we were impressed by the helpful, knowledgeable staff - who were never pushy, I must add. They took the time to answer all our questions and Wendy and Taylor even provided pointers on color and carpet pile choices. The carpet binding was completed in-house, which allowed for expedited delivery (something we truly appreciated). In less than two weeks, we had 3 large carpets (and pads) delivered and installed by CR’s courteous staff. The carpets - all different styles and price points - are gorgeous. We couldn’t be happier and would HIGHLY recommend CR!

Carpet Remnants is a great, local, family run business. Very professional, very helpful when you come to their store in Torrance. They give you a very professional estimate for the type of carpet youre looking for. In fact, they give you three options to choose from based on your price range and types of carpet youre looking for. Wendy and Taylor were both very helpful customer service reps. They send a guy out to your home to take measurements. When they arrive to install the carpet, it took them about three hours. They clean up, vacuum the rooms afterwards, and then haul away all the trash they make. Very quick, affordable, highly recommended!!

I was looking for large/oversized area rungs when I stumbled upon this place. I cannot be more happy to have found Carpet Remnants & Rugs! This place has everything, affordable options, friendly amazing customer service, and a quick turnaround. If youre in the market for a new rug no matter what size it is, I highly recommend stopping by this place. Taylor was amazingly helpful, gave me multiple size quotes with multiple padding options. I was able to pick up my carpet the next day! Even better, I was so excited to be able to get 2 carpets I ordered a second carpet and was able to pick it up same day. Wonderful store. Family run and everyone is super friendly and helpful. We have purchased some beautiful rugs from there that are great quality and cost way less than I was expecting. They also have crazy cheap door mats. They can cut rugs and rebind them to what size or shape you need which is also very helpful. We dont even live near by but we still make the drive up here because we like this place so much.

Went in looking for something to put under our bed as nothing online matched the dimensions my wife and I wanted. We found something right away, and they got it cut to size and finished the edges in about 30 minutes. Super nice people who can do all kinds of custom work for you if you have a vision. I would definitely recommend and return to this business. Gotta love supporting local shops too!
