The pastries here are really good! The location and vibe is nice with both indoor and outdoor seating. It’s a good place to meet and work. The coffee was average and the service a little slow.

I think this place used to be Old Torrance Coffee & Tea since that’s what I expected to find here. Anyway, it has a nice ambiance. Employees were very friendly! There’s ample seating, lots of outdoor seating. I went on a Saturday morning and it was not that busy, I was surprised!I bought an iced latte and it was great. I forgot to ask for less syrup so it was pretty sweet but that was my fault.One point for improvement would be to put some sign or something “Cozzi Cafe”-related outside.Overall a nice place that I’d go to again if I’m in the Old Torrance / DT Torrance area.

Really friendly barista and cute spot! I used to come here a lot when it was under different ownership. I think the baristas are probably still getting the hang of it because I ordered a cortado which is espresso and about 4 oz of steamed milk but when I opened the cup it was just espresso which was a bummer because it was $5. There might have been a splash of milk but it wasn’t steamed. I would’ve gone back but I was meeting up with a friend. Hopefully they build up their skills and maybe I’ll give it another try!

Cozzi Cafe stood out at first for several reasons: they have great outdoor seating, their coffee is good, and their baristas are friendly. But there is something very wrong about the way they are operating regarding COVID.There is a sign on the door that asks people to wear their masks. However, the owner and staff often do not wear their masks, and the cafe has no windows or ventilation. The owner tried to pull off her mask once when speaking with me and I also saw her speak with clients in the store with her mask off, while I was sitting outside. One of the staff persons sometimes does not wear her mask in the store, and puts them on only as someone is approaching. While that reduces the spread to some degree, it does nothing to prevent potential indoor buildup.I have also seen them let people in without proper or any masking (Im not talking about when people sit down to eat or drink, Im talking about masking full stop). And for some clients, eating and drinking means hours of sitting in a closed environment, which makes it way harder for others who are trying to abide by that request to enter or enjoy the store. I think they are nice people but they need to mean what they say, otherwise how can you trust that your health is important to them?(They also have some clients who smoke in the outdoor area, so you should come here if you appreciate secondhand smoke. Maybe its permitted but it wasnt enjoyable for me.)They might as well say, do whatever the heck you want. At least thats more honest. I would consider coming back if they improve this, but after running into this twice, Im taking my business elsewhere.

This place is awesome. Theres a little patio to sit in. Theyre dog-friendly. The few times Ive gone they listen to what I want cause I never know the name. I am a bad describe too! But they get it and are so kind.

Cozzi Cafe is great! The owner and staff are very hospitable and great at what they do. Drinks and food are great, very cozy and welcoming environment. Baristas are always friendly.

I read Yuris review and was intrigued by the zen feel that she mentioned. I agree! Old Torrance Coffee and Tea is a small, calm shop where we relaxed and discussed our plans for a vigorous day full of adventure! I got the acai smoothie for its antioxidants. It was filling, cool, and refreshing at the same time! That was a yummy breakfast for me!

Every single time I come in, I am treated with respect from the staff. I would not miss a cup of coffee and a walk through Old Torrance on any given day of the week.

When I lived in Torrance I used to go there more often than I do now that I dont live there. I was in the area today for breakfast and while I was waiting to meet my daughter I walked over to this fine store and made a couple of purchases. Theyre iced chai tea latte is the bomb! So I called during lunch which I had few minutes left to get back to work coming from the bank and hoping they had food, which usually the food suck at coffee shops, I got no choice so I decided to give it a try knowing I was hate it, but the way I was treated over the phone when I placed my order made me feel so welcome and for some reason very at home then I added an iced coffee. So when I picked up my order felt so happy with the awesome vibe and how professional they are.My surprise was the tuna sandwich was so big and healthy freshly made with a side of fancy fruit,, so so happy and grateful I enjoyed every piece of it .Im definitely coming back again when Im the area.thank you !

This is the only coffee shop in old town torrance would able to get a blended ice coffee. Not Torrance bakery, nor clutch and coffee. The trophy goes to Old Torrance Coffee and Tea.The coffee shop is not huge but with out door patio seating and the decor inside is so cozy with an edge. It’s that huge brick wall totally got your full attention. Owned by this young lady Jenni she is very sweet and brilliant. So if anyone craving for ice blended coffee drinks, you do not need to go to Starbucks anymore!

What a great coffee shop I discovered in the city. Great taste of coffee bean and it was so good and perfect match with cookies and their almond croissants was the best. It was a great place to visit again and to relax as well.

This is a cozy little shop. The staff were very friendly! I ordered a pour over of their Ethiopia roast and it was great. Its definitely has a local shop feel. The menu board was done by hand with chalk, which I thought was a nice touch. I would go so far to say that their pour overs can hold their own against the likes of Intelligentsia and Blue bottle.

Had tried their tea. It was relaxing and good. Place was homey and the staffs were friendly. Organized and well-maintained. Looking forward to visit again and try the coffee.

Friendly service and quality drinks, Old Torrance Coffee & Tea is a perfect place to sit and sip for a while. Customers make good company both inside and out, and the regulars are an entertaining bunch. My only complaint is the limited parking of Old Torrance itself, but that is no fault of the coffee shop.

Its raining all over Southern California so I figured Id go for a ride. Lucky for me I can now add to the hundreds of reviews for this charming coffee house in Old Town Torrance! The Old Torrance Coffee & Tea will not disappoint when you want to getaway but still remain close to home. Welcomed by a heavy wooden screen door & a beat up pock marked concrete floor I could hardly wait to sit down to watch the rain dancing down from the sky. The huge picture window here made it worth my while! Of course they have the standard old scratched up leather chair and couch plus an upholstered chair thats been sat in so often that the springs have sprung. Trust me though when I tell ya that you wont mind sinking in to it to enjoy your cup of comfort (coffee drinks, tea, chocolate...).

Cute coffee shop adjacent to Plum Market. They have a lot of seating with good sized tables (one of my gripes with Starbucks). They do not have skim milk or sugar free syrups, but maybe that means they are more authentic?I got a chocolate ganache latte. It was lovely. The finish on the top with the foam was a nice touch.

Visited from Chicago and found this quaint little cafe online within walking distance from hotel. Super moist pastries that were DELICIOUS!! Awesome selection of specialty coffees. Definitely coming back!

After grabbing a breakfast burrito from Astro Burger, head over here for some coffee! Its a very short walk across the street. I know it says Food in the name, but its hard to pass up that burrito from Astros yo. So no, I havent had any of the food here. But that coffee? Yes! Get the FLAT WHITE.
