I hope the company goes out of business- the CEO telling its managers to remain open because it is an “essential business” during the Cronovirus shut down. Essential? It’s not even a halfway decent company. Waste of money there, I always choose local mom and pop shops.I pray for GameStop workers that they are safe during this crisis and are able to find other, less dangerous employers!

I walked into the store wanting to buy a console. instead of anyone acknowledging me they just joked around calling each other names. I walked to register. i looked around. no one spoke to me and the store had only 2 cutomers who were also looking around. So i left and went to a different store to make the purchase.

Great service. The stuff is well educated when its come to sport game. I purchase a few games for my son and they gave me a discounted price. I love it.

5 -6 months ago. My son visited store. He did not receive any acknowledgement nor service. I was told the representative was chatting up a storm with someone else. My son walked out disappointed. We went to another store to purchases games.

This gamestop is like most of the other ones in the area except that they have a couple of employees that dont have the correct info. There have been numerous times where I have heard them giving false information. I have also heard them saying I dont know numerous times instead of looking it up or figuring it out. I have had to save the customers a few times with the correct information, but I have also steered customers away a few times. This Gamestop should stop selling video games and just stick to merchandise because they dont know what they are selling...

Worst in the morning, dont even call a women answers the phone and keep saying Ill put you on hold. To bad I was ready to spend $150 item and maybe they dont want my money, ill go elsewhere. I called again after 1 hour and she said the same thing, ill put you on HOLD!!! Im done wasting my time on hold minutes cant she understand I use prepaid to call and it has minutes running and when the minutes is wasted I have no more minutes to talk. I wasted my phone minutes and thats its!!! Im done with this gamestop Plaza Del Amo!!!

Its a good place to just walk by and see whats new now. The second hand games are generally cheaper on Amazon, so if you know what you want it would be better to buy it online.
