My touch screen laptop had a cracked screen. They ordered me a new one and installed it w out issue. Great communication and great service.

It used to be a 5-star place but service has gone down. Price and work is still good. Unfortunately, you have to add several days to whatever they tell you.

Took my computer to add more RAM to make it faster, originally they said it would take 3-4 days which was fine. I called 8 days later since I hadn’t heard anything and they said they still haven’t even started. What a waste; just picked up my laptop and took my business elsewhere.

Swapped out my laptop battery super fast!

Friend recommended me this place and Im glad I listened. They are very professional & knowledgeable about everything computer related.Prices are very reasonable, best thing is they dont charge for checking what issues you may have. The owner Ben checked and then gave me an estimate of what needed to be changed or added and then gave me a rough estimate on how long and what the cost would be. Very nice guy.

Dropped off my desktop on Monday for a diagnosis and I was told it will take 2-3 days to complete. 10 days later no call or diagnosis. Just when in to take my desktop back. Would not recommend to anyone.

Fast, courteous, and professional. My daughter built her own mini tower and we thought the motherboard crashed. Got an honest quote which, surprisingly, was free. He was honest about what was wrong with it and that it was not worth fixing. Highly recommend!

We had coffee spilled on our computer. They clean and checked out our computer. The staff was extremely nice and honest. The procees takes time and they accurately gave a time estimate. There ended up being no lasting damage and we had our computer back fast. The cost was reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Went to a couple places looking to switch my PC case and get a cooling system installed. Everyone I talked to told me it would take 2-3 days for them to install it. The gentleman working at this shop told me not worry what I was asking for should never take that long and got it back to me within the day.Best shop I have been to thank you!

I will never take my computer anywhere else but TCS. They have literally brought my tabletop back from the dead on at least two occasions.Once, when everyone else I had taken it to had suggested erasing it all and starting from scratch, TCS saved the day.When I told them that I had over 3000 photos on there of my son and that my wife would kill me if they were lost, they took my broken, worthless, dying cpu into their mad laboratory and brought it back from the dead. They literally had my computer hooked up to three or four others, sucking the bad mojo out, and replacing it with good.Absolutely hands down the best repair shop EVER!
