Excellent customer service professional and personal experience.

Elitist and unaccommodating customer service. Poor quality prints. Will not stand by their work even if prints come out faded and with broken lines. Standard of copy is less than professional or even student grade. Very quick to allocate blame on the customer -- lightness of drawing, type of lead, light hand, or any other outside factors -- however, also very quick to make the copies anyway and charge you.
