First and foremost Mr. LUSH . Ummm. The moment you walk in the door youre greeted with positive energy. Then its the aroma of natural and freshly made skincare and BATH BOMBS!! I love the bath bombs, bubble bars and skincare. Right now they have the new charity pots!! When you shop Lush youre helping create a better world. Go in and ask about it. A portion of all purchases goes to charities. You can test products and they will make you samples. I bought a bunch of bath bombs and Mr. Lush (so fierce!) helped me get a couple for my dad whos visiting and needs to soak for pain. I cant say enough about Lush. Go what are you waiting for. I mean you can get clean and feel good about it. Beauty with a conscious!!

I like to support lush because they compensate their employees and are aware of the environment, but this specific lush is my favorite.There is an employee here (I can’t remember their name. I will try to find out when I go next time!) who is the absolute best. They are incredibly helpful and when I see them there I know that I’m about to drop a ton of money because they know exactly what I like.I have no idea if they want to work at lush forever, but wherever they work the employer will be lucky to have them.

Very busy cuz of last minute Christmas shoppers such as myself. I highly recommend you know what you want before you visit so its quicker for everyone. I skimmed through their online catalog while waiting in line and Curtis was able to help me very quickly. Although one of the gift sets I wanted was out of stock, Curtis was able to come up with a good alternative. Helpful staff and cool shop even though Ive never personally used a bath bomb. Happy holidays

Great natural product, great small store

I love my Ultrabland facial cleanser from Lush which I first tried while shopping at a mall in NJ two years ago. Its so good and my skin feels really smooth when Im finished each night. Also, it smells wonderful when youre inside the store with the various soaps, candles and cleansers. It may seem pricey until you realize it last for months.

Just left the store 3/7/20 at around 3ish and I have got to say I have never received service like that. I can’t believe it. Each worker completely acknowledge me and interacted with me. Each worker was helpful, informative, warm, kind, and eager to help me find something I might like. I loved every second of it and went in for one body wash and ended leaving with an entire new routine (because I wanted it anyway). Absolutely give everyone working during this specific shift a raise!!!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dont be afraid to ask for help or info on a product. The lotions are absolutely amazing. Really moisturizes the skin and a little goes a long way. I recommend the charity pots.

Really like this place, they had several staff members available to help explain each product in detail. They answered every question I had, as I wasnt exactly sure what to get my wife. They showed me so many different options and helped me select the perfect gift for my mom and wife. Great experience, will definitely be back.

My first time going to Lush. I had no idea what the store was known for other than bath bombs. The ladies who worked there were all extremely nice. The store has a lot to offer and is very organized. They let my daughter and I sample things. At that they also did two bath bomb demos for us so we could decide which one to buy. I will be back again to buy more.

Fantastic customer service and products! The workers helped me choose a gift for my girlfriend and were super helpful! I didnt know much of the products and they greeted me as soon as I came in. They explained all their products and gave their recommendations based on what I told them. Few stores have I gone to with such positivity and assistance!

Wow we are all pretty lucky to have a lush near us! Everytime I go the cuatomer service is amazing! You dont know what that does for ppl with anxiety. I never have to worry about coming in and being confused. I also like to look around and they sometimes do a hand treatment or sample if you have questions. Also good if you wanna use less waste products or more natural products. I love my conditioner bar! Yall already know about the bath bombs

On Saturday shop was crowded with holiday shoppers and I couldnt get close to the Ros Argon Skin Conditioner shelf. Austen appeared out of nowhere, told me about some additional seasonal conditioners, retrieved the Ros Argon and a slice of Sexy Peal soap and handled my transaction on a phone app. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.Austen, you are the best!! If they ever bring back African Paradise please put one aside for me...maybe 2. Thank you again!! Happiest Holiday wishes!!

The products themself are unique but extremely overpriced! When I visited Lush in the Del Amo mall the store itself was crowded mostly with looky-loos just trying their products and taking up space. Also a guest with their personal pet dog roaming around the store Unleashed. Although Im guessing this is not typical everyday behavior and activity within a retail store, I did feel that one of the store associates should have approached and said something 2 the guest with their personal pet.
