I love satsuma and mango body care products. Prices at the Body shop becoming more and more expensive. But sales people are nice.

Im surprised this store has any bad reviews. Ive been coming to this one since it opened and have always had good service. The staff has some turn around but the ones that have been around always remember me and my husband which is welcoming. Individually things can be pricey but theres pretty much always a sale so its not even bad in the end.

I love the body shop Grapefruit, Strawberry, Mango and Tangerine body butter and sprays. They are fruity and smell fabulous and are very light. I like them because they provide just the right scent. I would give five stars if I had gotten a sample like I normally receive when I go to the body shop as they tend to introduce lots of new products and have tiny samples they provide customers to try. Samples are key because they allow me the opportunity to try before I buy. Regardless, I love many of the products. Thank you.

Amazing experience. I have a bad back and my muscles are as tight as can be. Morgan helped me ease that pain and with my mobility all around! I will definitely be coming to see her at least once a month. Dont miss out!

I just happened to walk in on a day where almost everything was 40% off!I bought a beautiful fragrance, a body scrub (which is great for exfoliating) and a gel which reduces undereye puffiness.I was sceptical about the undereye gel actually working, but because it was on sale, I grabbed one.After a week of using it consistently, I have seen great results.I tried other methods like ice & warm towels yet nothing worked.I thank God this did.

Terrible customer service. The staff completely ignored me as I was trying to ask a question. And I never got an apology either. Worst experience.

Now I lOVE the body shop but this location has Terrible customer service, I walked in the store and they all just stared at me and didn’t help or greet me it wasn’t busy so I don’t understand soo I left and went to lush which their customer service is always welcoming and great.

The customer service was excellent. Looking forward to my next trip back!
