I WAS SHOCKED AT THE OUTCOME!!! I LOVE IT!! I COULDNT HAVE IMAGINED IT ANY BETTER!!I got my mom personal made chop sticks with engravings!! I thought I ordered one set.. BUT I GOT 3!! I will definitely return to this website!!But, it did take FOREVER to receive. It said 7 to 10 business days, and it took a month.But very much worth the wait although it wasnt even here for her birthday. She cried when I gave them to her!!

Paid for rush shipping because I wasnt sure how long it was gonna take to ship; It arrived quickly and I was blown away because I never got notified that it had shipped. Made it here with plenty of time before my moms birthday (3 days) and it is gorgeous! The font I picked for the message on the front is beautifully done and the placement is superb. It even came in a plain white box so I have something to wrap it in! Definitely recommend.

I purchased a set of chopsticks and within 3 months they broke. I contacted Hanson Ellis to see what they would do and they would not replace them. I purchased the aluminum chop sticks so they would last a long time but again they did not last 3 months of regular use and hand washing. DONT PURCHASE THESE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT REPLACE THEM EVEN WHEN THERE OBVIOUSLY A FLAW IN THE MANUFACTURING. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT HELPFUL EITHER. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Ordered custom chopsticks for my daughter about a week before Christmas for a personalized gift. Paid for expedited shipping but my order was too late for it to come in time. A week after Christmas I still did not receive it. When I reached out to them, I did have trouble reaching them initially, but when I was able to talk to someone they were very accommodating. They said they were very busy and the item I ordered was about to be shipped and would refund the expedited shipping.Overall I was pleased with the custom chopsticks and the refund on the shipping. If you are looking for a nice custom gift, I would recommend this company. Just order far enough ahead if you suspect it might be a busy time.

My son ordered a personalized key chain for a christmas gift. Three weeks later we still dont have it. Called and they said it would be there by end of the week. That was over a week ago. Called today. Automated attendant said no one could take my call. Thank you for calling. I WILL NEVER order from this place again. TERRIBLE business handling and service. I am sure I wont get my money back either!!! BE WARNED!

I ordered a personalized rhinestone shirt more than 1 year ago. The shirt fits perfectly for me . It held its shape and didnt shrink after many washes. The light blue color didnt fade. The rhinestones stayed on after many cycles in the dryer. Great quality and order was processed promptly.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago... It’s still not processed or shipped, nor do I have a timeframe when it’s to arrive. I’ve sent several emails and still haven’t received any of this information and that’s even if I get a reply/response. Not a good experience at all and I haven’t even received the product to know if it’s going to be good quality or not. I even tried using the chat feature on the website to ask a question before I purchased and no one was on the other end of the chat. I got a “we’re sorry” email over a week later from the chat.

We ended up ordering two wine boxes for some weddings we were attending. The ordering was very easy. The customer service department was so helpful offering creative ideas to help with the customization. There was a small hiccup with the second one we ordered that the customer service department went above and beyond to fix and compensate us for. We will order these again because they are a elegant gift that people seem to enjoy.

I wanted an unusual gift for my granddaughter to give her kindergarten teacher at the end of the school year. I bought the tiny red brass apple bells and had it engraved with her teachers name, school year and my granddaughters name. It was such a great gift and well received, that I ordered one for her first grade teacher as well. Second grade, HansonEllis was out of the little apples, so I bought an hourglass and had it engraved the same, with the teachers name, school year and my granddaughters name. The quality is great, and I couldnt have been happier with my purchases. I would have continued the tradition, but we moved out of state. The teachers arent friendly. They seem to dislike the kids, and hate their job, so I ended the tradition after she was out of third grade. I will be ordering from HansonEllis in the future, for my special one of a kind gifts. :D

Worst experience ever!AVOID THIS COMPANY!!I placed my order in February, they didnt ship it till the end of March. When I said that I will file a claim - they said we already shipped everything. In fact, I have received 4 instead of 10 items and 1 of them has the wrong names on it, the other one item was broken! Seriously??!!!When I asked them to refund my money they said absolutely the same information as the previous reviews said. We have received everything yesterday and will ship it this week. This week ended - my order hasnt been shipped!DONt PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!You will waste your time and money!

A month later, I contacted them about it and after apologizing they assured me they would refund 30% of the price and ship within a week. Yet another month passed - still the item had not even shipped, and I had not received the 30% off they promised me. I asked for my money back, and now it has been two weeks since they said they would cancel and refund my money.Do not order from this company.
