I recently bought an Ampeg Heritage 410 and it was delivered within three days and in perfect shape and sounds awesome. I even got a %15 discount and free shipping !!! I am only basing this on my recent experience with Pro Audio Land and i shall tell you more when i receive the goods.Based on customer service, product information, delivery/postage information and cost to Europe: Drew was absolutely brilliant at his work. Even though it seemed he was so busy at work on a Monday morning, he still find the time (on live chat, Ebay, and other social media methods), effort, and energy to listen to me and meet my music products needs. Very good company.

Unfortunately the guitar we purchased came unplayable. The nut was about two inches tall. I am not sure how it was even strung. This probably isnt ProAudioLands fault, however when we called about the issue we were told we would have to pay for shipping and if we did the return through them and not eBay we would wouldnt have to pay a restocking fee. When the item was refunded the total amount was not. We called and spoke with someone else who told us we whoever we spoke with was wrong and we will still get charged a restocking fee, but not the entire 10%. They should have honored what we were told before. Between the shipping costs and the restocking fee we could have had this issue fixed without ever having to talk to them again but unfortunately now we are out over $50 and have nothing to show for it. We will not be purchasing anything from here again.
