Michaels is always a fun place to go and find new little projects, especially during the pandemic! I did have difficulty finding an employee when I was in here and needed help but, when I finally did find someone, they were friendly and helped me out immediately, answering all of my questions. So I was still happy

Classes are available and a huge help for the beginning artist. The store is bright and roomy, the shelves well with plenty of interesting options for what crafty people and longtime artists would need for their craft. Head to Michaels when you get the chance and enjoy walking through their spacious store!

Avon store called Torrington store and asked to set something aside for me but when I went to pick it up, Torrington didnt have it on hold any more.

I called to ask if they carry driftwood decor. The lady put me on hold for 21.46 minutes and I hung up and called back. I said someone put me on hold for over 20 minutes to check if you carry driftwood and never got back to me. And she said oh we dont carry driftwood. Poor custimer service

Its a great store to find all of your creative needs. The staff is usually friendly and the prices are competitive. Its best to find a coupon on their website or in the Sunday paper before you shop because certain items can be a bit pricey. There is plenty of parking and they are handicap accessible.

They no longer give the veterans discount in the store. I was told to go to the app..so I did in the store with the employee and still adding on that I am a veteran could NOT found.. so NO more veteran discount for this 100 % disabled American veteran.

Not much help, only 1 cashier....selection in yarn seems to keep getting smaller.

Not a lot of stock..I feel I was not as trilled and excited as past years.. I usually have a cart filled..only walked away with a few items for the craft I was making.. Got to say was disapointed..no WOW factor..

I used their excellent curbside pick up service today. They were out of the set of nine dollar markers that I ordered so they subbed them for a $26 set at no additional cost to me. I thought that was really really nice and I could not be happier. Thank you Michaels❤️❤️❤️

Average chain store selection and prices. Always some goodies in the clearance bins. Good array of acrylic paints and canvases. Worst of this location is the traffic in and out...terrible parking lot.

Signage was wrong in store for sales, item I drove 30min to get was all bent up and damaged. Employees did not have much personality.

I was disappointed that they didnt have the size matting I needed for a print but the woman behind the counter was fabulous! Helpful, friendly and informative. Debbie was very helpful. I would come back to the store just to have her help me again.

Wide selection of craft supplies for just about anything you can imagine. And there is inspiration around every corner. They hold craft classes, even for children. Great to have a larger craft store locally. I spend more time at Michaels than the grocery store.

Absolutely amazing craft store. They have an enormous array of supplies. My only real complaint is that they dont have any dream catcher kits which is something I was looking for as a surprise for my daughter while she was up here. They do however have a really cute couples memory book, a section for Pokemon, - which both of our children, my husband and I all love - an outstanding selection of beads which is something my mother loves, amongst numerous other things. You can find something for us about anybody in this store honestly!

They did not have that great of a selection. I love going to Michels but this was my 1st time to this one & was disappointed

Michaels should come with a warning label. So easy to fill a carriage there. Chock full of a HUGE variety of crafting supplies ranging from beginner to the well advanced.

They have many things to offer for the home

The store is usually in pristine condition and they have an amazing array of alcohol based markers as well as top quality liners and colored pencils. All of these things are open to the public to try on the sketchbooks they provide for testing. Im not gonna lie, I spent maybe 20-25 minutes testimg stuff and made a list of the things Im gonna go back to buy once pay day is here.

Always a fun place to find the craft supplies one needs. Speedy checkout too.

First time at this Micheals and they had a good stocked selection for acrylics and everything else It seemed. They had what I needed at a good price and the staff was helpful and friendly

Great selection! Im not a crafts person per se, but went in to get a picture frame and was impressed! While there, I noticed the baking supply section and have been back many times since! Helpful staff and weekly specials. Much better than that other chain.

They take UPS drop offs... easy...walk in and to the right are the registers is where you check your package in as they scan your item and email or text you a receipt.

I get dragged here regularly by my wife, she always has fun and the staff are always happy to let my dog tag along in the store (pet friendly establishments)

For the serious crafter, or the person starting out or with a theme project, you cant find a more complete store. Clean, nicely laid out, helpful staff (expensive but not overly so), fun place to browse.

Flagship store, I was told. Disappointing. I prefer the older style Michaels with more items. Staff is helpful and there are usually quite a few around. Dont carry more than a few of everything so sale items go quick.
