The good news,they took me in fairly quickly. I had an appointment but they we very busy doing emission testing.The bad news. On inspection of a foul odor. I suspected a exhaust leak. John at the desk brought to the counter an exhaust manifold after 15 minutes.He pointed out a hairline crack. Said they could replace it. I asked for an estimate.The computer was down and he had to get back to me. He had his service put the manifold back on. 15 minutes later I left.Thats a total of 30 minutes in and out. Greathuh!Not so much. Estimate was about $1000.The part was 2 to 3 hundred. The labor was $700Their posted shop rate is $125 hr.Where did that manifold come from that they had shown me at the counter? $700 for 30 min . labor?Too many questions. Smoke and mirrors.Be careful thats all I can say.Reconsidered the above review. After a conversation with John at service he told me that he felt his explanation was not clear. The manifold he had shown me was a demo.I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps I did not listen well. I have given them a revised rating.⁸

I love bringing my truck here. They always help me out and take care of my grumpy truck. They have done my oil change, front IWE on both sides, brakes and rotors all the way around, and recently took a look at my truck after I was in a hit and run. I will definitely keep going here.

Called them up about needing simple work done. They say they can do it. Bring my car in, guy makes up every excuse in the world why he cant because he just doesnt want to do it.

Went here for wheel swap, had new rims and tires all together all they had to do was swap and balance no wheel mounting. First off it was 57 dollors, second they damaged the caps on the new rims and tires they removed and when they put the stock lugs back on they blew through the caps of the lugs because they were aftermarket bolts. Not satisfied at all

Went there the job was 1,800 cheaper then a dealership and on the same day. Honest good people.

Ive brought my 2014 Mustang and 2010 Ford Edge here for a few years now and each time, was satisfied with the superb work and service they provide. Their techs are knowledgeable and professional, the work is always done right and on time.Since last fall. our Ford SUV had a vibration at low speeds that I could best describe as transmission shudder, and the local Ford dealer could not feel the shudder at 15-25 mph or diagnose the issue that we could feel. I tried Transmission shudder fix additive, did not work at all. It progressed much worse over the winter and still the Ford Dealer suggested, it was transmission shudder and concluded I would eventually need a new torque converter but a re-manufactured transmission was likely the best choice and the cost would be around 3-4 Thousand dollars.I had Frank and John at the Quiet Zone check on this for me as the vibration was now a clunk especially when turning . They found the Driveshaft coupling was loose, so loose they could literally grab hold of it and move it; this was causing the vibration. Oddly the Fprd dealer did not see this? Since the coupling was not repairable, The driveshaft connecting the front and rear AWD was replaced at the cost of about $1800 and a small labor charge. I had other service done while the vehicle was there, such as new brakes front and rear, and an exhaust leak fixed and a resonator replaced that I knew it needed. The Quiet Zone does everything your car will ever need.The vehicle now drives like new, no transmission shudder, and is smooth and quiet. These guys known their trade. I will continue to trust these guys with my vehicles. Great Quality, Great Service, all at a Great Price.

I am a 20 year old girl and from the moment I stepped foot inside, to the moment I left, was harassed by an older man/customer. Multiple employees were there and were witness and did nothing. I was embarrassed and scared and no adult in this facility stood up for me. For this reason alone I will not be returning.

I am an EMT. And right now with all of the problems weve been having with Corona and such, I didnt need any more on my plate. Then, all of a sudden, my car started making really bad noises while breaking. We had it checked out at the Ford place just in case it was something that would have been under warranty. They told us it was just the back breaks being completely donw, metal on metal, and quoted us 1$189 for a brake job andthey werent able to see us until the next week. John and his team took us right in that night, changed my brakes and helped keep me safe to keep the rest of you safe. Thank you so much for helping me out. It is highly appreciated!

Go somewhere else. I would give negative stars if I could. I spent over a grand and left with new issues.. One of which I could prove was their fault (they wanted me to believe it was just coincidence/bad timing). It cost hundreds more to fix this issue.. When I showed them, they refused to reimburse me the hundreds I had just spent and instead offered me an oil change for down the road. Unreal..I will be contacting the BBB. If you want a place that owns up to their mistakes and makes things right when needed, this is definitely not the place..Edit- (reply to their reply) So now theyre going to say Im no longer welcome there? If leaving an honest review makes me the bad guy then so be it. I wasnt planning on going back there anyways, why would I? So you can break more things and disconnect more wires, so more things need to be fixed? Unfortunately Im more intelligent than they had hoped, and now wouldnt let them touch my vehicle with a 10 foot pole. I hope people can see how unprofessional this place (owner) is. Dont be fooled by the good reviews on here.. Many are from emissions. The first few with no comment are most likely friends and family, and the rest most likely got ripped off without knowing it.Also, I did try to resolve this in person and then once over the phone. They said the only thing they would offer me is a $20 oil change for down the road.. Seriously? You cost me hundreds bc you made mistakes and then you offer me an oil change? lol. I didnt want to but was very clear that I would be leaving negative reviews and contacting the BBB.. I even gave you 2 or so weeks to contact me back before Im now posted this. They must have thought I was joking or something. I would have rather not had to spend my time leaving a negative review and dealt with this maturely and professionally in person or over the phone.

Went to get my check engine light off in order to pass emissions$1,200 later and left with with multiple issues. One which I proved to them that was there fault. Here we are a month later almost $100 in temp registration cost and still not passing emissions.as well the mess up they did cost me over$200showed them what they did and was told it was poor maintenance on my end which is completely wrong. Was told they give me a oil change down the road for the inconvenience.poor customer service poor work for having such state of the art technology to digionase issues .ps do t fall for them saying well find the best price for u. My wifes radiator hose blew and cost $282 for labor and hose do t think that is BEST PRICES.. what a joke in my opinion .

I had a bad experience at this place when I brought my pick up truck there for service, the only issue that I had was that the trailer hitch plug wasnt working so I had no signals or service lights only the e brake light was working. I explained that to them and they said it was a simple fix and never mentioned that it would be a big job, little did I know they were going to use my vehicle as a cash cow by taking their sweet time and then realizing that all they had to do is bypass a bad switch and than clip six wires together. By the time I picked up my truck and they handed me the bill I noticed it was $416. and change. I asked the guy at the counter why it was so high for such a small job and he told me that there was nothing he can do about it, then I requested to speak to a manager and he said he would have him call me because he wasnt there. The worse part was that I never got a call and I had to call them 2 weeks later and by the time I got a call from the owner it had already been a month and all the owner did was give me reasons why he couldnt lower the bill amount. Save your self time and avoid the hassle of getting overcharged by these guys they are ridiculously overpriced.

An absolutely unreliable business. The mechanics dont know what they are doing and are very rude. The owner is greedy and only thinks about money and not the customer. With all the expensive equipment thats carried, they cant even determine the problem of your vehicle and they act like its all your fault. The business looks good from the outside but on the inside of the establishment its a disaster. Save your troubles and your wallet. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
