Amazing experience. The store is extremely clean and the cashier was very knowledgeable about he products in stock. They were helping three people find hair dye and bleach products at the same time and answered all of our questions. The bleach and developer they recommended worked amazingly on my hair and it is still extremely healthy and soft. They gave me a sensitive scalp developer and it didn’t burn at all. She stopped me from buying a dye that would show in my natural dirty blonde hair and recommended I lighten a shade or two before I put it in. There wasn’t enough bleach in the bucket for my entire head but my hair was up when I was shopping so that’s kinda my fault. If you have long and thick hair just buy a lot of bleach so you don’t have any issues. But if you’re a first timer this is a great store to start

Sally Beauty is a small store located in a plaza that has a good assortment of beauty products. The store is clean and the staff are pretty friendly and helpful. Though, their prices are on the high side.

While the store is pretty clean and well stocked, I am less than impressed with the employees. Despite it being a small store, I have struggled to find an employee when I needed help. On my most recent trip here, I had a few questions and I was told to just Google my answers and that Id have better luck elsewhere. I was quite put off by this and I doubt that I will return considering it seems their attitude is that they just dont care if you shop there or not.

The customer service in his Sally’s sucks big time. The cashier that’s currently there sucks and is clearly a lazy young lady. I’m surprised that this establishment hasn’t shut down. I will never go there I have been a customer for many years the new help sucks.

Ive only been there a couple of times to buy razors for my hair but they seem to have a nice collection of product.
