Very happy with our new kitchen flooring. We had a leak from our dishwasher and needed to replace our floor and much of the sub-flooring. Yes, if your floor starts buckling something bad is going on. Everyone at Weigold was very good to work with. Our job required a visit to our house to replace the sub-flooring and then a return to replace the plywood under our refrigerator when, yes, that was leaking too. Then, finally, the new vinyl plank flooring installation. It turned out beautifully. During all of this, the installers were prompt and professional. Thanks especially to Danielle in the showroom for coordinating everything and responding promptly to questions, phone calls and emails. Much appreciated and exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

TERRIBLE customer service! My fiancé went to look for carpet for our place; and once the employee found out that my fiancé works for a local flooring store (THAT DOESN’T SELL CARPET) she immediately kicked him out “theres the door, get out now.” Im very upset how they can treat there customers like that. Since when is it a crime to look at other flooring options?
