Best recommended podiatry Dr. Schools products.
Unfriendly pharmacy staff. They give Suboxone prescription holders a hard time. I have had to wait overtime on nearly every script I have sent there. Its time to change all my prescriptions elsewhere. Where? Who knows. All pharmacies pretty much suck. And it will stay this way until we have a Single Payer System and we take the greed out of a for profit system.Greed is the root of all sins.
The pharmacy staff is fast and friendly. They do the work of twice the staff thats neccessary. The front end staff is always kind and helpful as well.
Giving a low review based on the Covid-19 testing “station”. Instead of offering testing at the drive up window like most places, they have you drive to the back door that is propped open with a rock. You park in a very tight driveway in front of an orange cone and a handwritten sign on a piece of cardboard box. Felt unsafe to be parked there with traffic squeezing through. Looked unprofessional too. Not sure why they didn’t utilize their drive up window? I’d say use Walgreens for testing.
If I could I would give it a - star the worst ever. These people should find another profession. Just rude people.
The short older lady is so rude and they are so slow. Filed complaint to CVS and the CT department of health. Will find out where else I can. They take so long its not even funny avoid at all costs
CVS is another one of the drug stores that have numerous stores throughout Connecticut. In addition to the pharmacy they carry a wide variety merchandise to meet their customers needs. CVS is well maintained and the staff is professional and willing to help their customers. CVS has photo developing; if you are a shutter bug with your phone you can send your photos via phone to CVS for speedy printing. Check out the CVS near you, you wont be disappointed.🤡
Pharmacy staff is HORRIBLE! NEVER FAILS! they either dont have the prescription ready or all of a sudden dont know you and need to see ID. I have been going to this store for close to a year and all of a sudden they require ID to pick up my childrens medication. But I go here faithfully every month for the same meds for n now they dont know me. Not to mention Jennifer was VERY nasty on the phone while telling me the person doesnt know me regardless of how many times I come.this is now the THIRD time I have been inconvenienced by this store.
Never fails when it comes time to fill my father’s prescriptions that nothing is ready even when I put requests in days in advanced. The customer service is trash. Everytime I call someone has an attitude on the phone as if it’s the biggest request to have prescriptions ready. We will definitely be switching to a better pharmacy.
The worst pharmacy. Prescriptions are never ready. Have also had situations where they havent received the delivery for a certain medication, tell me to come back another day, only to tell me the same thing again. And no one looks into it.
2 stars only because they are a clean store and are usually friendly. I have had several prescriptions with wrong refill amounts requested, delays in filling, prescriptions deleted when they were supposed to be held resulting in lapses of doses, and brand changes that would be ok if anybody could actually have confirmed that it was in fact the same medication and not sent me on a wild goose chase for information. Am switching locations to one that may actually be able to follow through with correct information.
I’ve never had so many issues with a simple recurring prescription than I have with CVS. This has been a huge waste of time, I’m done with CVS.
Hit or miss. I use this pharmacy for my diabetic supplies (monthly prescriptions). The main issue is that they do not communicate well to either my physicians or myself. I believe that the system in which they operate is disorganized, for whatever reason. when I have to jump through hoops to get a prescription filled, and once whatever problem was solved - no one contacts me and I have to restart the refill process. They should be ashamed, yet are clueless that there was even an issue. I give a lot of credit to the staff members who have to deal with what I’m sure is a demanding job, yet are able to maintain genuine care for customers and provide great service. Kudos to those gems.
Staff was friendly and helpful. The manager/supervisor I believe Mary? very nice
Manager was super helpful and went out of his way for me. Greatly appreciate it. Very nice employees, clean bathrooms, and very clean & organized store.
The staff are very nice there and everything is easy to find.
This is the best Pharmacy in Torrington, Ct. The staff in the pharmacy is always so helpful and fast to help in getting scripts filled and my questions answered!!
Good place to shop
ONLY Cvs or pharmacy for that matter that I have issues filling prescriptions every single time that I have been here.
