It was wonderful going to a Carvel after 17 years of living in CA where there arent any! Heather, the woman who helped me, was so nice and fun to talk to. The ice cream was just as I remembered from living on Long Island most of my life.

I went to pick up a delivery at 12:00 p.m. and the woman who was selling in the store was not very friendly. I smiled at her and she looked at me very badly, like she didnt like my presence. I hope they dont treat another customer the way they treated me.

Carvels is always excellent. Very consistent.Today though I enjoyed 2 chilli dogs from a young lady with a Hot Dog cart that is next to Carvel. What a perfect combination for a quick lunch and a treat with your kids.The hot dogs were Hummel and the Chilli and fixing were good and fresh. Nice to support local people running Small Businesses.

Carvels ice cream is really good but their medium size is really big and hard to finish.(If you dont like sweet stuff that much I recommend getting a small.) Great place though.

I stopped at Carvels with my family for an afternoon treat. Their shakes were excellent, as well as their freshly scooped ice cream. They have a good quarantine safe system to keep customers separated and safe.Theyre definitely a MUST for your ice cream cravings!

Like this one but 5 people in a group all without masks were in front of me mocking those who were wearing them. They were not asked to leave by the staff. So had to leave out the entrance to avoid walking by them all in a small shop. In food service businesses everyone is supposed to wear one. I wish this carvel enforced it.

Great ice cream and friendly service unfortunately no bathroom because it’s not “insured” back there. I offered to give them money just to let my 5 yr old use there bathroom, but due to insurance risk they don’t let patrons use it. I’ll stick with Dairy Queen where you already know there’s no bathroom instead of wasting time thinking they mite have one.

I like this location it has both hard and soft serve. Tons of toppings to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. A little on the pricey side. I just cant give it 5 stars because of the more local homemade ice cream I think is just better.

Everything is perfect but they dont have a bathroom. Its an old fashioned, old style building that has been there for decades. They just need a bathroom upgrade.

Im sorry but that white stuff they extrude into ice cream cones is not ice cream.its some non dairy product that has the texture of ultra thick ice cream.. but it doesnt taste at all like the real stuff.you can instantly taste something is off.I wonder what the heck it is...

Not what it once was

Has gone downhill under the new owners. It used to be so clean in there like you could almost eat off the floor. Now when you go in there its pretty filthy.Went there last night at 8:45 and ordered a shake. Was told that I cant have one because they cleaned the mixer already 😡 Not good customer service.

Let me start by saying the ice cream is great. This Carvel location only gets 3 stars because I was not thrilled about was the cleanliness of the store and the staffs level of professionalism. I suppose I am just used to the level of professionalism and cleanliness I see when I walk into the Watertown Carvel/Gs Burgers. I most likely will not go back to this carvel although I do recommend it to other people who dont care about presentation and only go for the delicious ice cream.

Always have a good experience, the servers are always happy and smiling. Being in customer service myself I appreciate the warm atmosphere.

Classic Carvel, baby! Eat inside to enjoy the air conditioning, or park your fanny on a picnic table and watch people speed down Main Street. Friendly servers will guide you through all the selections, but hey, whatever happened to Thinny-Thin, for my fatty-fat friends? Tom Carvel may be long dead, but CookiePuss lives! Make sure that when you see Fudgy the Whale in the freezer, you bellow, THAR SHE BLOWS! And remember, kids - Wednesday is Sundae at Carvel, with buy one get one sundaes!
