Terrible!! Spoke to salesman 4 days before job was to be done and explained everything needed. Explained I would have to take the day off from work. Technician arrives and doesn’t have the springs required for my door. Round and round with him, goes out to his truck to discuss with salesman. Comes back in 10 minutes later to give me a business card to call salesman. Spoke to salesman (not accommodating), to find out technician just left not waiting to hear any remedy. They advertise no. 1 garage door company...huh, you decide! How does a company get a 4.7 star rating??? 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
They had just what I needed to do the job. I did it myself, they gave me a few helpful tips, and the job is done.
