I was quoted 250 dollars for the installation of an x pipe, mufflers and exhaust tips. He was late to the appointment, installed the x pipe, as soon as I got home it was leaking, brought it back he was late again, he repaired the leak satisfactorily . Brought the car back for the rest of the job, he never showed up, the. Went back again when he was of course late, he welded the pipes in, horrible bang up job, charged me another 250 dollars and now the exhaust is leaking again and he will not return phone calls and or set any appointment to repair and or refund money so I can. Take it to a professional and get the job done right. I tried to give a one man local shop my business and this is the thanks I get. One of the worst customer experiences I have had in a very long while. I do not recommend this shop to anyone.

I went to the Doctor Muffler today. I highly recommend them. The price was very reasonable and they made my car quiet again. The men working there were all really nice and professional.

Worst mechanic ever, first he was flirting with my mom knowing she’s married and that’s very unprofessional, on the other side, my mom needed new shocks on 1 side only and he instead of fixing he made it worse... he welded it because “my mom was rushing him” a job that’s doesn’t take more than a week but he said “it does” which it’s not an excuse cause if a client is rushing you, your job as a professional is to say that it’s either on your time or you’re not doing the work... you don’t make it worse, when we confronted him about it for a refund mind you $500 in total, he hangs up and block the number. SMH!

Drove to his shop today. Called, but he was at lunch. Went back 45min.later. Dr Lou had a car in front of us, but since we called, he said he could do us 1st. He listened and quoted $60 .Got the car up, saw the exh. leak, said, yes, $60, OK? 15 min. later the job is DONE. He cut out a section and welded in a new 4 pice of pipe. Awesome. Car is silent again! Go see Dr. Lou!
