I recently went to this store and the cashier didnt proceed with my purchase just because I didnt have my license on hand, even though Ive shopped here so many times. I asked them to check my profile on the system, and the manager told me that they still need the physical copy. This place is a joke! I wont be coming back to this location ever again. You lost a customer.

I found this store on Google as a place where I could find a color product that’s hard to get. I called up the store to be sure I could find it there. At no point did anyone tell me that the store sells to licensed salon professionals only. I mean, sure, maybe one might think the name suggests that. But no one ever said that on the phone, it says nothing about that anywhere on this listing (see attached screenshot of their “about” section), and the store is LITERALLY IN A RETAIL STRIP MALL.I drove almost an hour out of my way after work today to come here, on a day when I already didn’t have enough time to do all the things I had to get done. I start walking from my car and saw a big sign on the door: LICENSED PROFESSIONALS ONLY. I went inside anyway and acknowledged that I had just seen the sign. The woman behind the counter could not have cared less that this might be an inconvenience for anyone.So yeah. I don’t know. Maybe list WE SELL TO LICENSED PROFESSIONALS ONLY in your “About” section somewhere? Maybe tell people when they call? If you don’t want to have to say it 100 times a day, maybe have a recording as your phone intro that clearly states it before anyone even gets through. I don’t know. SOMETHING. Anything but having a person WASTE AN HOUR for nothing and then not even caring the slightest bit.

My favorite beauty supply store, I purchase all my hair products and skin products from here 💕 They have nail care products, body lotions, hair products and face/skin products (all convenient)

The manager in this location is very unprofessional, rude, and stares at you throughout the store until you make a purchase. When making the purchase I inquired about a coupons details that’s given through email to those that shop the first week of December . Why did I !!! She made a big deal about it being through email vs in physical paper as if it should make a difference on whether it should be applied or not. And they stalk your profile as if you don’t go shop there every week to make sure you are licensed, along with a nasty attitude her name is Danielle along with her assistant “manager” .

The best salon centric ever!!! Danielle and her staff are always so nice and so helpful!!!!

I am a loyal customer who shops here about 3 times a week. I went in as usual and gave them my phone number as I always do. And they could not pull up my account by my name or phone number. MIND YOU....i shop there every week and give the same information and now they tell me they do not have me in the system????? I called and spoke to Danielle who advised to stop in with my drivers license and cosmetology license. So now I have to go out of my way to verify my identity when I shop there every week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So frustrating that they do not know what they are doing. Will no longer be shopping there.

Terrible customer service at this location I will never go back to the Totowa location ever again . This location doesn’t even deserve 1 star .

I am not agree with the last review. I think this place. Is the best in the world, Danielle, Monica and all the girls are amazing . Thanks girl to make my life easy .
