On yesterday 7/27/21 I decided to take a look inside of Price Busters furniture store to purchase 4 barstools. ( let’s start at the beginning) As I entered there was a gentleman seated at the door I spoke he spoke back now at this point it’s unbeknownst to me whether he is a customer awaiting a ride or what because he was quite comfortable,,, not employee decorum. So as I proceeded through the entryway i was taken aback at how hot the temperature was inside no central air conditioning at al so maybe this will help to explain how rude, lackadaisical and lacking the knowledge of the prices of the furniture they’re employed sell. Okay so I asked for assistance as 4 different female employees sat on the couches on their phone head down . I asked for assistance one young lady delegated to another person to assist and she lazily made her way to the area in which I was. When asked the price she quoted a price from a totally different item then laughed as though her ignorance was humorous. So as I left I said to the other women and men who were sitting on their behinds unoccupied and congregating “ the lack of professionalism is sad. I’ve come here to readily pay for 4 chairs and no one assisted in the prospective purchase. You all are despicable “ They all sat dumbfounded. So sorry to say this but Businesses in our Urban Community need to do way better or else stay home and stop infecting the community and consumers with their inability to be grateful and enthusiastic about their job.

I would have rated my experience 5 stars had the delivery of the furniture been just as on point... the delivery guys were very pleasant but there was minor damage due to not wanting to feel with hassle of sending it back I just kept it....

I really has a great experience with Bobbi at the price busters on 25th st she talked to me over the phone and was very patient and pleasant with all my questions. Even when I went into the store she still had a pleasant attitude. GREAT EXPERIENCE

Terrible terrible terrible. They don’t even know how to talk with customers. First they delivered the broken furniture with missing parts. After calling several times and sending multiple emails they agreed to replace the furniture and I drove like 25 miles to drop the furniture after talking with a lady over the phone. Once I reached to the store they said no body spoke to me over the phone they can’t keep the broken furniture. After arguing couple of minutes they asked me to come back next day for the replacement. I went again next day and they had my furniture wrapped up in the box and Jay told me he already checked the furniture and it’s in a good condition. With trust I just loaded and came home. After opening the box at home I find another broken furniture! Pathetic! Never doing business again. I suggest you all not to go to this store!

After completing my online app many people texted me and i finally reached back out to Sheena, she was so so patient with me as I am very indecisive she sent all my receipts and documents all for me to decide a day before delivery that I wanted a completely different bed than we decided on before I texted her late at night assuming it was a work phone and she would see tomorrow (I work overnight I forget the world sleeps at night sometimes lol) but she got right back to me letting me know she would text me once she got to work the next day, anxious and nervous I texted her the next morning and she got right back to me letting me know she worked it all out! Thank you sooooo so much Sheena for your patience and hard work!

Store manager is very rude. I will never order from here again. Your forced to pay for shipping, which was fine before I recently learned about their no refunds policy. Bobbi, who helped me make my purchase was nice and respectable but failed to mentioned there no return policy. I know will have a delivery of two of the same beds coming to my home. One purchased by me and one purchase a gift from someone. I only gave them two stars because of their employee.
