I’ve had ADT in 2 different States and the service has been amazing. I must commend Carlos L. for his professionalism and customer service in coordinating the services I requested. He was prompt, thorough and followed through on his promises. He even accompanied the technician the date of my installation. He was personable and very knowledgeable on the work that was required. He answered all my questions and was very patient. Thank you Carlos!

They removed window sensors so I could have windows replaced and never came back to replace them. Several calls and no one knows how to resolve this. Craig the manager was to have someone call me within 24 hours and no phone calls. I called to get new service at another house, I asked for the salesmans name so I can call back after speaking to my wife and he refused to. High pressure - sign now or no deal. Also when I tried to add service to a 2nd house - he wanted to SS number.

ADT he not only saved my house from a fire by alerting me to my phone about smoke in my house, but they also continue to make us feel safe with their alarm systems. Their customer service is second to none and their in home technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and nice.

Too bad you cant choose no stars. I only choose 1 star because its the lowest rating you can choose. Do not use this company. They have no support. Their customer service experience WILL get you in a bad mood.They wont come back and fix mistakes. They lie about pricing. bait and switch. Many false alarm triggers with the Fire department showing up for false alarms. The fire department needless to say is not happy.

INSTALL WAS GREAT, VERY HAPPY WITH THE SYSTEM. ONE ISSUE, THE MONITOR WAS ON BACK ORDER FOR MONTHS, We bought- used our own for the install, and its now been 2 months trying to receive the $200.00 credit due for the Monitor we never received 3 phone calls the SALES MANAGER KEEPS GIVING ME THE RUN-AROUND! AS IF THIS IS Complicated! NO MONITOR SHOULD BE REFUND ASAP!

Update: they provided a new panel that can silence all beeps, we have been using it and it works great. Original review: ADT has been a terrible experience and they refuse to let me out of my contract. Here is my issue: the beeps on the control panel give my dog a serious panic attack. They are unable to silence the keypad, thus leaving me unable to use my security system when sleeping at home. While they do give customers a short period of time to get out of the contract, I was doing renovations on my new home (which had ADT already installed) so it was not possible for me to know that their product would give my dog a panic attack until I moved in. Now they will not let me out of the contract even though their product is useless to me. Many competitors do not have this ridiculous contract so I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

This was our first time with ADT and we couldn’t be happier. Daniel Demartin was amazing to work with as we moved into our new home. He was so personable and patient as we had many questions about the system the previous owners had. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we were comfortable with everything between the system itself and the billing. He also was on time and when the company lines were busy to make an appointment for an engineer he said he would email and call us when he was able to get that information. He was very prompt with this and within the hour we had when our appointment would be. He really made it a wonderful experience! We will be calling him for sure if we have any additional needs. We will also be recommending ADT and specifically Dan to our friends who have also just moved.

I am a ADT customer for 14 years. Recently I upgraded my ADT security system, the tech Carlos was ontime and very, very knowledgeable about his work, he was also very patient and answered all of my questions. My system works great, and I would recommend ADT security to everyone.

I am really satisfied with ADT. There have been times that a techncian has had to come out and they have been extremely helpful. I recently dealt with the technician Mike again and I highly recommend him. He was so accommodating, and I would definitely request him again. I would recommend ADT to my friends and loved ones.

I’d give it zero stars if it was possible. Terrible customer service. Terrible everything. They shut off my business alarm system during a pandemic. For a bill they claim I owe from 2 years ago that they never brought to my attention. Then on top of that charged me $1500 for cancelling me and again during a pandemic put me into collections through some attorney. What a joke. I will forever tell people not to bother with them. Any multi billion dollar corporation who treats small business like this should be ashamed of themselves. Go somewhere else. There’s plenty of alarm companies who would work with you during this difficult time. What a shame.

Trying to reach our sales specialist (Mark Naman) for over 9 months to follow-up on promises made on our services. Haven’t heard back after numerous phone calls and texts. Very poor customer service overall and misinformation regarding offers and cost of services. Waiting for this contract to end so we can switch to a more reliable and truthful home security provider.

I see that I am not the only one who received poor customer service by Mark Naman. Made promises and didnt keep them. I was so busy moving that I didnt get all of it in the contract. He wont return phone calls as well. Reached out to the 1-800 and they are useless as well. I am taking this all the way to the top of this company if I dont get a response by the end of this week.

Horrible service, sales people and managers lie. No show for installation, salesperson lied about calling. Can not get refunds, can not get put through to talk to anybody. Local manager number goes to a full mail box. Call Totowa. NJ office and more than three calls made and still unable to speak to anybody, they love the let me transfer you game,

Beware. We were clients for years. We moved and closed our account with a zero balance. Months later they are charging us $1400 for breaking a contract that didn’t exist. The date they say we signed is false. I googled ADT CONSUMER FRAUD and found 1000s of other clients who cite fraudulent charges against them. A court case is pending. This is how they generate money! Do your homework and google ADT scan before you have to deal with this too. Worst customer service ever!

Absolutely HORRIBLE to deal with. Dont waste your time with this company! They have no idea what they are doing. 50 different departments and none communicate with the other. They double bill you for no reason and then shut off your service leaving your home or business unprotected without any regard for your safety. Youll spend upwards of 3-4 HOURS on the phone before you get someone that claims to know what the prob is. Then once you loose them you have to start all over again tomorrow. One hand has NO IDEA what the other hand is doing. And when you try to explain your situation for the 30th time you can here them filing their nails on the other end. ADT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH THEM!!!!! Bye Bye ADT!

This company of the worst a lot of lies from all its staff to forces want one to continue with them I have called many times to cancel and they tell me that I can not understand the reason but that if I pay them $ 600 for early cancellation that if I They cancel that I have a signed contract that the day the person came to my house I was not even there and gave my wife to sign the contract when before that same person had told me to take it just to treat it and that if I didnt like it, I could cancel it at any time without any charge, someone telling me what I can do so that they dont rob me
