We ordered a patio set maybe in April and unfortunately delivery kept getting delayed. We decided to stick with what we picked and just wait it out. A few pieces got delivered but we’re still waiting on two pieces and are being told the end of October. The reason for the 4 stars is because the sales person who helped us has been super nice and cares that we were effected by whatever craziness. Joanne has been very open and clear about our purchase. She’s lovely to deal with.

As it happens I was at home when my delivery, the guys were nice and polite.The reason for 4 rather then 5 stars is...I was told at the store when I placed the order, that the delivery people would unwrap ( set up ) and take with them packing. When we went give a tip( we were at home so that was in play) they had just plopped the cushions on the chair still in plastic, I had to ask them to unwrap so I could check the cushions.They were fine. But when I asked them to remove the plastic and wait a minute, They did do it, but not with out telling me they dont do that. And I had to ask if they were going to take the plastic with them. I only asked any of this because I was specifically told this was part of the delivery charge. The guys were nice. Did what I asked. The issue was I had to ask. They did receive their tip.

Everyone that works at Fortunoff’s is always kind and understanding and down to earth. Since my patio table has not been delivered as of this August date, I have been very upset .They were very understanding and professional, so they patiently listened to my grief and explained the back order issues. They compensated me and I left happy. My table will also be delivered in 4 days!!

The store manager, Karen, assisted us. She was friendly and helpful. And even though we walked in 10 minutes before closing she never made us feel rushed or unwelcome to browse. Just the opposite: she was happy to check their available stock to assist us in buying our perfect outdoor set. I wish every salesperson could be as kind and helpful! The sale prices were good and the quality is top notch. Would definitely purchase from this store again due mainly to the incredible service!

DO NOT ORDER From here if you ever expect to get your furniture. They sell stuff knowing they can’t deliver!! Order placed in Feb still waiting. I don’t usually post reviews but want to save everyone from my horrible experience. I placed my order back in Feb with expected delivery in April. I have had 4 delays in shipping and now it is scheduled for end of July. No explanation provided except shipping delays. I have never experienced this with any other store.

My backyard dining set was supposed to be delivered on May 1. I received a text postponing delivery to May 10. I received another email again postponing to May 24. I have a feeling that I will probably receive anther email postponing again. I was told that delays are due to COVID-19. I understand this. But I should have been informed of the delays when I purchased the set. I paid over 6k for the set plus 150 for delivery. I have a feeling that I won’t be eating outdoors this summer!

We have been shopping @ this store for several years now and cant speak highly enough about them. We bought a fairly expensive outdoor table set a few years back that was still under warranty. This spring we noticed that the table had become pitted. When we contacted Fortunoff we thought we would likely get an argument. Instead Fortunoff worked with us and the manufacturer, and replaced the set. They were friendly, courteous, and professional throughout. I will happily buy from them again! Service and reliability matter.

Sold me a Gazebo... Came with 8 of the wrong screws. Came with a Canopy that had stains ALL over it. Came with a mosquito net with a sowed hole in it. Yes. A sowed up hole. Someone saw there was a hole and decided they would still send it out. Also, I had to drill a hole in one of the pieces to make it fit. Save your time and money and buy elsewhere. Calling corporate is a waste of time. They will do nothing. Terrible company.

We had a great experience so far at out local Fortunoff Backyard Store. They were very helpful, knowledgable and worked with us and the furniture is top notch. Cant wait to receive our stuff (should be here in a week after we bought it) and like they always say...u get what u pay for. In this case with the customer service, quality of furniture and knowing i dealt with a reputable store that has been doing this for a while.

Back in May we ordered some chairs, a small table, a love seat and a huge umbrella for a table we already had that we bought a few years ago. In other words we spent a large sum of money.We put the umbrella in the hole of the table and the first big storm we had, the umbrella was lifted out of the hole and tilted. Luckily it didn’t break the umbrella or the table. We took the umbrella out of the hole and haven’t used it since, which was very annoying because it was expensive. we did not want to put the umbrella back until we had a base heavy enough to hold down the umbrella. We looked on line for various ideas and finally decided to go back to fortunoffs and ask them what we should do. Imagine my surprise when they asked me why I didn’t buy the extra heavy base that goes with the umbrella in the first place? Because our sales person never mentioned it! I was very annoyed because we haven’t used the umbrella all summer because we didn’t want it to break. I purchased the heavy base and an extra 30 lb weight that goes with the base.They were very nice about putting it in my car.... but still. Someone should have said something when we bought it. Isn’t that their job?

We called ahead to see if they had what we were considering in stock and spoke to Marty. After she assured us that they had a great selection on clearance we went to the store and Morty and to please. We left there very happy with our purchase.

We were super impressed with the staff and selection at this store. We usually shop on sites like Frontgate and Ballard Design for outdoor furniture and accessories but decided to shop here because we wanted a faster delivery time. We found a high-quality cast-aluminum patio set at a reasonable price, and then the sales staff (Ray) and manager (Tina) were ultra patient and accommodating as we grew pathologically indecisive on the cushion fabric. Totally low-pressure and helpful--and a better overall experience and outcome than shopping online. This store will be our first stop next time.

My boyfriend went in to buy a 1000 dollar gazebo at 8:30 & the lady who worked there refused to let him pay cash because she had already closed out the drawer for cash.. she was willing to let us take our purchase somewhere else. Terrible customer service if you want to have loyal customers..
