This location has a problem adding meat to any combo, claims they have to itemize each item which bumps the price up by $3.00 more. No other locations do this, extremely disappointed that I have to travel to the next Gormet just to get a sandwich with meat on it... 🤬

Coffee is super bitter and staff is not friendly when you go in to complain about the coffee. Very disappointed.

I love the product. The reason I keep coming back but the window person had a bit of an attitude on my last visit. It put a sour taste in my mouth.

I really enjoy the iced coffee I get here in the morning. For me thats the main thing Im looking for when I go to a place to get a coffee, and everything else is just kind of extra. The doughnuts, and stuff are also pretty good, but its really just about the coffee for myself personally.

My first visit. Noon time selection was half, but boy are these donuts and coffee buns delicious! Pleasant staff as well. Tried the apricot filled and liked it!

Coffees are decent. However, went there this morning and the girl working the window had a horrible attitude and was extremely rude. Makes me not want to give them any more business.

So many great coffee flavors. Pistachio is my go too. Delicious on a toasted croissant chicken salad.The baristas are charming and quick.

I go there between 5-7 times a week. And they were really good when I first started going there. Although lately, they cant seem to get my order correct. It may be time for me to find a new coffee shop.Theres times they take my order, then stop making my order to take other peoples order, without finishing my order. I order the same thing every time I go there. Its not a tricky order. But they either give me the wrong bagel for my breakfast sandwich, or the coffees are wrong, or both. One of the coffees I get is for a type 1 diabetic. I get it with equal, not sugar. Yet they mess up and put sugar in it a lot. They also add hot chocolate to melt the sugar, or equal if they actually make it correctly. I think the employees need to pay more attention to the orders theyre making, instead of socializing with other employees, or their regular customers. The employees are very friendly, but at what cost? You can still be very friendly AND get the orders correct. Is that too much to ask? Especially when youre dealing with customers who have health issues.

Had a excellent experience in this spot with my son. The food comes rapidly and the service is just excellent. Prices are reasonable.

Coffee and donut selection is way better than the Dunkin donuts in Townsend. Server at DD couldnt even know how to stir my iced coffee, they seriously need training.

Friend brought me here back in February. Been going ever since. Only thing I dis liked is their medium hot coffee is the size of 7 eleven small coffee.

Great place to go for sandwiches, donuts and drinks. The staff is almost always pleasant and friendly. Service is quick and the drive up window is nice. The peanut butter donut is my favorite. try it, you will like it!

Great donuts and coffee... If you like flavored coffee this is the place. Not that theres anything wrong with the plain. Speaking of which the plain donut is tops, always the sign of a good donut shop.

I really enjoy this coffee shop. The array of flavors help break the beaten path of coffee drinks at the usual stops. The baked goods are exactly that: Good!The staff is friendly and they work well together. Its a place that many locals go to and worth stopping in if youre in the area.I only wish they would fill in the hole by the drive through. Otherwise, its a great little place. 5 stars from me!

I love that they have a million flavors of iced coffee. My favorite is pistachio.

Coffee and food is great, 100 times better than DD. Staff is very friendly too. Could have a better selection of donuts though and the wait can be quite a while especially during peak hours. It would be great if they could add a drive through speaker to speed up the ordering or even just have someone come out to the cars to take orders before they reach the window.

The number of stars rating really depends how much you like sugar. I dont think there is a confit beverage out there that has more potential for sugar in it. But dont get me wrong theres literally a hundred different flavors of sugar so it doesnt get much better than this. Not to mention their donuts are definitely a couple notches above dunkins with much better flavors options and fillings

DDS has nothing on Gourmet Donuts. Great coffee and a plain donut hit the spot after working in the cold.

Love their coffee and very friendly at the counter. Lines seem to move at a steady past and if for some reason your coffee isnt just how you like it they will re make it with no fuss.

Coffee is much better than Dunkin Donuts. The drive thru window can be very slow at times. I have waited up to 10 minutes to complete an order. However, the staff is friendly, and the coffee really is very good.

Always enjoy stopping at this chain. Good quality and atock service. Makes the wait on line worth it.

Almond joy iced coffee, peanutbutter cream doughnuts... if you want to blast your caloric intake in the sweetest way possable order those and enjoy ^^. Really though staff is attentive, get orders correct the 1st time and the food and drinks are delicious.

Excellent coffee and donuts...staff resembles a Chinese fire drill...service is not smooth...tripping over each other...better service if you are a regular...they see my daughters car pulling in and have her coffee ready at the drive up.

Went 4 times all 4 times I repeated my order and it was still wrong. The ladt time I went they made my ice coffee really bad no ice and no mix will never go back again ! And every time I went I ordered the same thing but was charged a different amount every time .
