After searching for a while, it felt time to visit another craft store because I couldnt find the desired tool. While roaming around, I hoped to receive help or ask for help. Luckily on my way out, I found a tool that would be helpful. I was able to use a coupon as well. This was very helpful. The cashier was helpful at that point.

If crafting is your thing, you can always find something at Michaels. **can be pricey so use those coupons

Its a good store for crafting a little on the high side but i did find some clearance deals

Great craft store has everything, but if you dont need what your buying right away it will be less then half price online. Clean store. Friendly staff. Cost very high.

Arts, crafts and sewing store plus other related items.Not too crowded.The mens room was in need of cleaning. There is a sign in there saying to tell the store if the restroom needs attention. I didnt mention it. I dont get paid to work there. The management team should be on top of that stuff.Other than that, its a nice store

I purchased canvas and paint. They didnt have the same paint selection as the Hunt Valley location. They had a line when I got to the register but it moved fast.

I love shopping at Michaels. I am a crafter and I crochet. They have everything I need.

This store is pretty small, but it had some of what I was looking for. Couldnt stay long the day I went because it had this overwhelming scent of oregano, which got a little nauseating after a short while. Not sure if it was just that day or a regular smell there, not that it should be.

Barely any Christmas decor. Disappointed.

Try to come during the middle of the day - it is less crowded. Weekends come early in the morning or later in the evening.

Great experience! We found everything we wanted. The store was well set up for social distancing. The staff person who served us was friendly and helpful. The frames were on sale and we found all we wanted!

This worked out all right there wasnt too many people in the store but it was hard to get service its hard to find someone that actually works there I roamed the round for 5 minutes before I can find someone to help me and unlock a cabinet to get some merchandise I guess because of covered they have a skeleton crew but they do offer curbside service pickups

Excellenct Selection. I was looking 4 clip on hooks in gold and silver. I found them very happy. All my jewelry findings to make my jewelry.

I was ok a rush.. I would have liked to spend more time in there. Its a great place for creative people. A lot of ideas for people that want to make their own things from scratch. Love it.

I took my child to do the weekend craft and the staff person, Mrs. Edna, was wonderful. The craft was to make something out of dough and the color my child wanted wasnt available and Mrs. Edna got all the colors all the kids wanted. It was very enjoyable for $3.

Was happy to find jute twine here for my DIY bird toys.

Store was ok except a cast majority of merchandise did not have any price shown on either the item itself or on the shelf/rack, etc. it was on. It was a major pain to have to keep going to the price checker, with 2 kids in tow, to find out the price if an item.COVID safety...there was a lovely stand at the front entrance to the store but no one there. They had a thermometer on the stand but no one there to check temps, if they do, and no one there to make sure patrons were wearing masks. However, all staff were wearing masks correctly and social distancing.Overall, not a fun shopping experience and Im not a person that goes around leaving negative feedback. But, when it needs it....

Michael’s always has what I need, whether it be fine art supplies or stuff for one of my many craft projects. Even one of my daughter’s favorite stuffed animals came from this store. We always leave with a full cart.

Wish this company would get their act together. They are remodeling and reinvisioning. Stuff that was always in the store now is only on-line. Second time in two weeks I went in for a regular item only not to find it. Shelves are empty and new stock inaccessible. Tried to remove a bolt of neet flannel from the shelf above me and you couldnt get it down. Ugh!!!

Curbside pickup was seamless and efficient.

Convenient location and it is packed with a ton of my crafting needs. They are usually stocked full of merchandise and neat, but due to the pandemic it is not as fully stocked as usual. Thats understandable. Still, I found most of what I needed and they always have a coupon or a sale.

Great place to buy crafty stuff. For instance, my uncle likes to draw stuff. I buy him these super expensive drawing pencils and its as if he becomes the Superman of drawing. If youre anything like me and the culture of being crafty pervades you, this is a fantastic place to people watch. crafty people are so interesting. Highly recommend.

I went into this store for some simple craft products and was overwhelmed at the disarray. It looked like they were having a store closing sale the way items were strewn into every aisle. I had to ask 3 different employees for some elastic. The employees were polite but obviously more training is needed, I got 3 different answers where I could find it. Also, none of the price scanners located within the store worked so I had to bring all the items I considered purchasing to the main register, waiting in a 15 minute line only to find all the items were in the wrong area and all the price stickers were incorrect. I will not be visiting this location, nor do I recommend it. Either buy online, go to another location or another craft store, i.e. A.C. Moore, Jo Anns.

I am visiting from another state and wanted to check out the local Michaels. I love my local Michaels. This Putty Hill location was truly horrible! Im not one to leave reviews but had to mention this as I can believe its even run by the same corporation.Floors are dirty with trash and just plain dirt. Shelve are empty or nearly empty and what is on the shelves are hanging off, disorderly and opened packages. I didnt even speak to an associate, just left!I didnt even

I went in to buy some colored pencils. I frequent this Michaels pretty often, so I didnt require any assistance to find them. Although a staff worker did ask if I needed any help. The line was long at checkout, but more staff were called and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I brought up a coupon on my phone but the cashier had a extra paper version which she used for my purchase. Ended up saving %50 off my purchase.

One of my favorite places to shop at. Totally awesome when it comes to custom framing. It can get a bit pricey at time, but totally worth it!

Visited on 2/13@7:45p. The Manager Rhonda and Cashier Lauren were two of the 1st people encountered and both of their faces appeared unwelcoming or if they are unhappy working for the company. When I asked Rhonda a question about a product I was given a short answer as she continued walking past. The cashier Lauren was the worst. There was one other cashier that I did not work with, however she had a smiling and welcoming face. Do Not go there if you dont have patience to deal with unwelcoming personnel

Fast service and reasonable accommodation for the current times

This location is the dirtiest Michaels that I have ever seen. In addition, the shelves are so unorganized and stuff looks like it has been thrown around. Let me add to the fact that the cashier just put my new purchase in the previous purchase from Michaels bag that is ripped and did not bother to offer me the new plastic bag.

I love coming into this Michael’s because there’s always something new. The staff has great ideas to help you to complete your project no matter the size.I really appreciate mini products and supplies that they have on hand. I highly recommend this location for all your craft needs.

I may have caught the store at a bad time, but it was completely picked over, disorganized, and understaffed. With all of that being said, I was able to find what I was looking for and saved some $ with a coupon.

Staff is amazing. I came here twice in one week. I came about 15 minutes before they closed. A young bearded man :) helped me and my friend with our costumes and told us about some great deals and coupons!The second time I came back to make an exchange. Shae was awesome in making a smooth transaction.Shout out to the manager for suggesting a good fabric glue and assisting Shae in my exchange. Thank you for a great experience:)

Took my granddaughters here last Saturday and could barely get them back out the door! Excellent product selection, very clean and helpful and pleasant staff. Recommend highly. Prices are reasonable as well and they often have sales and coupons.

My kids and I go here on Saturdays for the kids art club. The staff is always friendly and my kids love it. This is some of easy and cheap for parents to do that your kids will love, if theyre into art. They have lots of sales and sometimes there are customer appreciation days where you get rewards.
